Please understand that I cannot control how a photo looks on your mobile, notepad or laptop. So If you need additional photography to make a decision, it’s not a problem. Just let me know. I consider photographing my work the final step in the creation of my jewelry and I love doing it.

Shipping in the United States via United States Post Office. I do not offer international shiping through Etsy. If you are overseas contact me through my Instagram account.

If an item arrives damaged you must contact me through Etsy within 24 hours of delivery. Please hold onto the item and all original packaging until I provide further instructions. USPS sometimes requires photos of the damage AND the original packaging and may require you to take both to your local post office before returning to me.

Ahki Design Jewelry is not "activewear" jewelry. Don't wear it during strenuous sports, in a pool or into the ocean. Chlorine and salt water will alter the finish and corrode the metal. Purchase a cleaning and polishing cloth and only use the polish side on any metalsmithed jewelry. If you use the cleaning side, you may remove the finish on pieces that have been oxidized.

Ahki Design Jewelry does not have access to any of your credit card information. Etsy provides your email address if you are in touch via a convo. Although Etsy allows sellers to contact customers directly via email, I am only in contact regarding your order or a custom order. Additionally, I do not use your shipping address to do additional marketing. I appreciate your business and respect your privacy.
