The quality of the pony is really clean work! I smiled widely seeing how cute she came out. One thing I would have to point out is that her eye shadow color was not the correct color. But it doesn't bother me at all. It's just eye shadow. I'm sure kimi doodle would change it sometimes lol. I would 100/10 would recommend to commission a plush from. I plan to commission this person in the future! :)

Welcome to Ai-Kawaii!

I am LiL Moon, the owner of this shop. I specialize in hand-crafted items. All my items are either hand-made or hand-sewn by me. I have been sewing by hand for about 4 years now. My favorite kind of items that I like to make center around kawaii themed items and anime related items. I enjoy creating quality work as a fan for other fans.

Accepted payment methods

  • Accepts Etsy gift cards
  • Money Order
I accept Paypal and money orders/concealed cash.

Paypal is preferred. Payment through Paypal should be received at least 3 days from the purchase date. Should you not pay within 3 days, your order will automatically be cancelled.

Money orders and concealed cash are accepted but at your own risk. While I have not had any trouble with these forms of payment, I must caution you that I will not be responsible for lost cash. Please mail out your payment as soon as possible. If payment is not received within 2 weeks, your order will be automatically cancelled.
All orders are shipped through USPS. Orders are shipped within a few days of purchase. I will email you to let you know that your package has been shipped.

If you need your order to be shipped to a different address, please let me know immediately after you order to avoid any confusion.

If you need your order by a certain date, please let me know ahead of time. I will do my best to accomodate you, but I will not bend over backwards to help if you choose to order late.

Domestic Shipping-
Small items such as plushies are shipped through First Class Mail and take anywhere from 3-5 days to receive.
Large items such as pillows are usually shipped through Parcel Post and take about a week to receive. Some large orders can be shipped through Priority Mail depending on your location.

Packages are shipped from California so the closer you are, the faster you will receive your order.

All domestic orders come with a tracking number which you can use on the website to trace you package. Please allow a few days for your number to become registered on their website as it will not show right away.

International Shipping-
All items are shipped through First Class International Mail and take about 3-4 weeks to receive.

International orders come with a tracking number. However, keep in mind that the tracking number may not update that often. Sometimes it may only ever show you when the package was dropped off and when it was delivered. That is just the nature of international tracking.

Customs fees- Customs fees are added based on your own country's discretion and policies. They are not the result of unpaid postage fees. Therefore, I am not responsible for any customs fees that you are charged. Please keep this in mind when you are purchasing internationally.
Refunds and Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item you just bought for a different one, please contact me BEFORE I ship your package. Otherwise, you will have to pay for the new item to be shipped as well.

Returns and Refunds-
If you have received a damaged item, please contact me as soon as you have received it so we can work out some arrangement. I can either fix the item, make you a new one, or give you a refund minus shipping costs.

Lost Items-
For U.S. customers, all packages automatically come with a tracking number so no package should go missing. Please give the post office a few days to register the number before you try to track it. Sometimes tracking numbers take a while to register. However, should you be worried about your package, I will do my best to help you.

For International customers who are concerned about your package, please contact me and I will do my best to help.

Custom Orders-
I do enjoy making custom orders. Should you be interested in a custom order, please contact me. I like to make orders that are similar to my style and tastes. I may refuse a commission should I feel that I cannot make it properly to your liking. A commission estimate chart can be found on my DeviantArt account: .

I do accept art trades. However, at this time, I am only accepting them from other Etsy members who have already had experience selling with positive feedback. Should you be interested, please contact me. I always love to meet new and amazing artists.
