I had it inscribed, and misspelled groom's name. I notified Trevor and he said the only way to correct it, was to reorder same item with the proper spelling. He offered me a deep discount on 2nd set. LOVED everything about this product and seller. He has GREAT communication skills and customer service. Received item very quickly. However, due to my error, I had to reorder the same item. Both of my orders were inscribed beautifully. Trevor offered me a deep discount on the second set I ordered. He didn't have to do this...but he practices great customer services. It's not just that everything arrived promptly and well-packaged, it's that they also have awesome customer service. I accidentally ordered the wrong color. I emailed the shop as soon as I discovered my mistake and they managed to catch it before it went out and get the right color. Would definitely use again (but hopefully I'm only getting married once)
