I gently request that you get in touch with me in case that you're not satisfied with an item. I am more than willing to do a refund or exchange. I believe that there is always a solution to make you happy before you feel like leaving neutral or negative feedback.
Please, note that the buyer is responsible for the shipping cost of returned items.
Shipping
I'll send you a note that I've received your order within 24h of purchase.

I'll ship your purchase promptly (usually within 3 working days) and well packaged.

Your order will be shipped from Spain. I ship through Priority Mail, using spanish postal service "Correos".

As soon as I had shipped your package, I will send you a convo.

Shipping time:
to Europe: 5 - 7 working days
to the rest of the world: 10 - 14 working days

Please, note that the majority of items will arrive well within this estimated period of time, but occasionally they can take longer (up to 6 weeks) especially if they are held up in customs. So allow approximately 6 weeks before resending/refunding for non delivery.
