Custom and personalised orders
All of our stationery can be personalised to suit your wedding. Names, dates, wording and other details can be customised. Please enter your personalisation details carefully when ordering, and we will use the information provided to create your stationery. If you have a specific request or would like something bespoke, please feel free to message us before ordering — we’d love to help. 🤍
Can I see a proof before my stationery is printed?
Yes. For personalised orders, we can provide a digital proof for you to check before printing. Please carefully check all names, dates, spelling and wording. Once approved, your stationery will be produced as shown on the approved proof.
How long will my order take?
All Alba Paper Co. stationery is made to order. Processing times are shown on each individual listing. If you have a specific date you need your stationery by, please message us before ordering and we'll be happy to confirm whether we can meet your deadline.
Can I request changes to the design?
Absolutely. We love creating stationery that feels personal to you. If you'd like to discuss different colours, wording, illustrations or finishing touches, please send us a message before ordering and we'll be happy to discuss your ideas.
Do you accept returns?
As our personalised stationery is made especially for you, personalised items cannot normally be returned or exchanged if you simply change your mind. If your order arrives damaged, faulty or significantly different from what you ordered, please contact us and we'll be happy to help.
Will my stationery look exactly like the photos?
Each piece is individually finished by hand, so small variations may occur, particularly with natural dried flowers, wax seals and paper texture. These subtle differences are part of the handmade nature of Alba Paper Co. and make each order unique. Colours may also vary slightly depending on your screen and printing conditions.
Can I order a sample before placing a larger order?
Yes! If you'd like to see the stationery in person before committing to a larger order, please get in touch and we'll be happy to discuss sample options. Please note that samples may be charged separately.
