For personalized items/custom made products please send me a detailed message or a photo sample of what you’d want to be made. If I have the materials, I can make it within 24hours or less. Some orders may take a couple of weeks. 😊

I try to ship out orders right away but I normally ship orders on Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays & Saturdays. Please leave a note on your order if you need it shipped ASAP. Any order made before 3PM I can ship out that same day (Except Sundays) but please take note of the estimated shipping delivery date.
I am not responsible for delays from the carrier but will issue a refund or replacement if item is not delivered after 30 days of original ship date.
I do refund shipping over charges cause sometimes buyers get overcharged.

Items are made in my smoke-free, pet free home.
