Accepted payment methods

Returns and exchanges
I gladly accept returns and exchanges
Contact me within: 3 days of delivery
Ship items back within: 21 days of delivery
I don't accept cancellations
But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Refunds are available only for the price of the item. I do not refund, under any circumstances, the shipping cost. Please take this in consideration.

We only accept Paypal.

Shipping Policies

We will ship your order 1-3 days before we have the payment. From Monday to Friday. For "made to order" items please verify the date on each listing.

We advice an insurance for your orders. Please contact us to know the cost. Damage and Lost Items won't be covered if the insurance is not payed.

We ship from Mexico, please be patient, and wait between 1 - 3 weeks for the arrival. Sometimes strange things happen and it takes more. Contact us if you have any concern about this matter. We provide a tracking number for every other.

We cannot be responsible for any duty or fee at the customs. This is something that almost never happen but we cannot cover it. Please take this in consideration.

Please read the shipment cost in each item. It changes from item to item due the weight.

We can arrange another kind of shipment if you need your faster. Please contact us before you make any payment.

We will issue a refund for the cost of the product.

The shipping cost will be refunded only when the postal service refund us. Sometimes you have to work with us and go to the postal service to place the claim. In case you don't want to do this you will only receive a partial refun. (Item Price)
