Good quality cloth. I bought the navy and it is a gorgeous shade. Using it to make bins for a small root cellar, the water resistance of the fabric will be enough to hold in the slightly damp packing materials. But like the looks so much, will also make a travel bag from one of the lighter weight versions.

My name is Alex M Lynch, I was born and raised in Lima - Peru. I design and produce my own line of accessories. Everything involved in running this store is made by only one person, me ;o) in a shipping container studio in my house in California

Providing affordable and quality products that makes each day a little more enjoyable for you is my goal in each piece I design.

When you convo me or connect with me through social media, you will be talking to me.

Shipping
Our products ship via USPS with delivery confirmation. Tracking information will be updated on the order if/and once received. Please note tracking information is provided directly by the mail carrier service. We attempt to assist each customer if they should have a shipping inquiry, however we encourage you to contact the assigned mail carrier directly. 

ALEX M LYNCH is not liable for lost or stolen packages.

ALEX M LYNCH will not be held responsible for additional shipping charges if the packages are returned to our work shoppe due to customer absence, customer errors in addresses or package refusal.

 We will not be held responsible for any address corrections sent to us AFTER the order has been placed. However, we will do our best to accommodate changes.

For international orders: We are unable to track international orders shipped via USPS once they leave the United States. Please contact the mail carrier service directly for tracking and customs inquiries. Be patient as most packages arrive at their destination!

Refunds and Exchanges
RETURN POLICY


If what you received is as described but you wish to return it, we will gladly accept all unwashed, unworn and unaltered merchandise; we must receive your return within 10 days of receiving the item in order to be eligible to return it. You may return your item for store credit for the amount in which you paid at purchase time or we will issue a refund less 10% for fees/expenses incurred. Original shipping is not refundable. The buyer is also responsible for return shipping to our work shoppe. If you are choosing an exchange, please see the “Exchanges” section below. 

If you would like to return an object, please inquire within 10 days following the receipt of the object. Be sure to include the following in your package: your name, address, order number. Items must be shipped back in the condition in which they were received - with the original tags and packaging.

CUSTOM ITEMS

We hope that you LOVE your custom product and I am thrilled with the choices that you made while creating it. Custom items have been especially made to your specifications and therefore are uniquely YOURS and cannot be returned.
Custom items can only be returned if they have a manufacturer's defect.

SALE ITEMS

items sold as sale items ARE NOT RETURNABLE, unless is a defect on the product, thank you for understand.
Additional policies and FAQs
INSURANCE/SIGNATURE CONFIRMATION
All U.S. orders sent Priority Mail will be insured. Please let us know if you would like to purchase insurance for First Class packages or for International Orders. We do not require Signature Confirmation, as this is an additional fee. Please contact us before you order if you would like to pay extra to add this service.

LOST/STOLEN/DELAYED ORDERS
Unfortunately, we do not have any more information than you do (or the tracking indicates) once an item is shipped. If there is a problem with your shipment, please contact your local post office and give them the tracking number.

If an item is marked as "Delivered" and you have not received it, follow these steps:
1) Verify the shipping address is correct and that you have a mailbox with your name on it.
2) Check in with anyone else that might have received the package for you (ie. roommate, family member, neighbor etc).
3) Bring the tracking to your local post office to see if they're holding it or they have any further information.
4) If it has been 21 days after shipment and you've done steps 1-3 send us a message to let us know.

Alex M Lynch bags is not responsible for stolen packages or any lost items that cannot have the insurance claimed (tracking labels that read "Delivered"). We are also not responsible for errors made by the Post Office. If your item is delayed past its "estimated arrival date" we apologize, but it is out of our control. We suggest filing a complaint with the USPS. A domestic package must be missing for 21 days with an incomplete tracking record before we can file an insurance claim and resend the order.
