Announcement   HOLIDAY SHIPPING DEADLINES!!

I cannot guarantee that any orders placed after the following dates will arrive before Christmas:

US Orders - DEC 5th
International Orders - Nov 15th (some countries vary and I cannot 100% guarantee holiday delivery due to customs in ANY country but this serves as a general deadline).

Please keep in mind, the holidays are an INCREDIBLY busy time of year for my shop, and I am just one college student making everything by hand. Processing times WILL TAKE A FEW WEEKS.

If the processing time poses a problem to you, please contact me and I'm happy to cancel and refund your order provided it has not been shipped (or in the case of custom orders, created) yet. My sincerest apologies for any inconvenience! Thank you in advance for your patience!


As per my policies, if you need an item by a certain date (even if it is pretty far out) please contact me BEFORE placing the order so I can let you know whether or not I can make it happen.

If you have any questions, I am always more than happy to answer! Please send me a message on etsy and I will do my best to respond as soon as I can.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING UPDATE

Unfortunately, the US postal service basically doubled rates for international shipping overnight on January 17th. I really wish that I could offer a less expensive option for my international customers, but right now unfortunately USPS first class mail is the cheapest option for international shipping, and the rates are running really high right now. Again, I can't apologize enough to international customers for the rate hikes, but I am trying my best to offer the least expensive option.

Nothing will be shipped until payment has been received. I accept payment through paypal and credit card payments through Etsy direct checkout.

I will do my best to ship your order ASAP. I hand-pack each order with loving care, so it will get to you in the best possible shape. I assume no responsibility for damage during shipping, however if your order arrives damaged, you can send it back to me and I will repair/replace it free of charge if you contact me within 7 days of receipt.

I ship everything via USPS First Class Mail. US orders generally take 2-5 business days to reach you from the date of shipping.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:
International shipping can take up to 6 weeks (I ship from the US, this is the estimate of the USPS and not me.). I generally ship international orders out every 7-12 days due to the time it takes to fill out necessary customs forms.

****PLEASE NOTE****

I am currently a college student who works 2 part time jobs as well. Sometimes my order load can get to be very large and it can take me up to 3-5 weeks to ship your order out. Please be understanding of my situation. I make each item to order, and I do not keep a standing stock of my items. Custom orders usually take longer.

If you need an item by a specified time, please let me know BEFORE you order and I will see if reasonable accommodations can be made (they often can, I just need to know in advance!). I cannot guarantee that international order will arrive by a certain date as customs can be unpredictable and I've received too many complaints in the past about delayed packages. If you have ANY questions whatsoever about my policies, please send me a message. I'd be happy to help you out. I would rather you contact me in advance about shipping time estimates rather than make an order and be unhappy with the time frame I can provide you =]





UPDATE**

I am no longer responsible for re-sending packages that have been returned to me or lost due to improper addresses. PLEASE CONFIRM THAT YOUR ADDRESS ON ETSY IS 100% CORRECT BEFORE YOU SEND. I have been receiving far too many returned packages due to customers improperly inputting their addresses on Etsy and/or Paypal. Please confirm your address on these sites BEFORE your purchase from my shop. If an item is returned to me I will do my best to contact customers but ultimately it is up to you to make sure that your address is correct as I cannot afford to keep paying for shipping to addresses that do not exist. Thank you for your cooperation.
Refunds and Exchanges
Refunds will be negotiated on a case-by-case basis.

If Items arrive damaged, buyer has 7 days to contact me about a replacement or refund. I will not be responsible for damaged goods that have been brought to my attention 8+ days after delivery.

Orders cannot be cancelled for a refund after their ship date. Orders cancelled before the ship date will take between 2-5 business days to process a refund back to the method of payment used for purchase.

Given my schedule as a college student, I sometimes fall behind on messages and it can take a few days for me to respond.
