Shipping

The dispatch time (shown on each listing) is how long after you place the order you should expect the item to be shipped, it is not how long it will take to arrive to you.

All items sent within the UK are sent via Royal Mail 1st Class, please allow at least two working days for your order to arrive after the date of posting. This is only a guide and may take longer. Royal Mail do not class post as missing until 10 working days after the date of posting.

Items sent outside of the UK will be sent via Royal Mail International Standard Airmail. This can take a minimum of 7-10 working days to arrive after the date of dispatch. This is the most cost effective way of posting items to outside the UK but does not have any tracking. If you wish for your order to be tracked please ensure you upgrade to this option.

Please be aware that Standard Airmail is normally a good reliable service but because it is not trackable I can't do anything about delays nor be responsible for late deliveries. Royal Mail does not class items posted internationally as undelivered until 20 working days have passed for items sent to Europe and 25 working days to the rest of the world

International buyers are responsible for all customs fees, taxes, tariffs or receiving fees incurred. Buyers are responsible for knowing and abiding by any import restrictions to their country from the UK.

INFORMATION I COLLECT

To fulfil your order, you must provide me with certain information (which you authorised etsy to provide to me), such as your name, email address, postal address, payment information, and the details of the product that you're ordering. Information about my customers is important to my business. I share your personal information for very limited reasons and in limited circumstances, as follows:

- Etsy. I share information with Etsy as necessary to provide you my services and comply with my obligations under both the Etsy Seller Policy and Etsy Terms of Use.

HOW LONG DO I KEEP YOUR DATA FOR?

I generally keep your data for the following time period: 4 years.
