Welcome to my shop. If you see something you like, but want another size or colour, contact me for a custom listing. My current turn around time is one to two weeks. Please take this into account when ordering. Thank you
I can now accept direct checkout as well as paypal. All items will be shipped after payment has cleared my account.
I do accept payment by personal cheque and items will be shipped the same day that any cheques clear.
Any import duties or taxes are the responsibility of the buyer. Please be aware of your countries import policies with regards to certain items
I never guarantee delivery dates, I do however guarantee shipping dates. My current dispatch turnaround time is four weeks, however, I will endeavour to ship orders in the shortest time possible. I ship orders on a Monday and a Friday, so any items in stock will be shipped accordingly.
Made to order items will be shipped within four weeks
I will confirm the shipping of an order. I do not include tracked shipping in my shipping prices. If you do require tracked shipping there is an additional 4 euro charge. All my hats however, are already tracked
I am happy to ship with Collisimo tracked and insured shipping although be aware, this service is very expensive, so contact me for prices before purchasing an item for a shipping upgrade.
Shipping from France to other mainland European countries is usually about 7-10 working days. Shipping to outside of Europe is approximately 9-14 days but can take longer if an item is checked at customs, or during holiday periods Orders to Australia can take 30 days to arrive, longer if checked by customs, so please take this into account when placing an order.
Holiday deliveries can take longer, so please order well in advance if you require an item as a present. My cut off shipping date to most international destinations for the arrival in time for Christmas is 6th December

I use my own packaging and handmade labelling, all items are sent securely and I can gift wrap on request.
Refunds and Exchanges
If you are not satisfied with a product on receipt of the item, contact us stating the nature of the dissatisfaction, we are always happy to resolve any issues
Additional Policies and FAQs
All of our products are hand made and we are happy to make custom orders, personalise any of our items or produce in a particular colour, so please contact us if you have any requests.
Please be aware that dye lots on wool and fabrics differ slightly so may be slightly different from the colour on the photos of product. I do try to update photos regularly to reflect this.
