I create all of my products totally by hand, this means that there will be variation from item to item. It also means that each item that I make and sell represents me personally, so I do my best to make sure that everything I make is not only beautiful, but functional and wearable as well.

I welcome custom orders, however there are no returns or exchanges on custom orders.

I also love multiple orders, if you see something you like and want more than one, please message me and if I have the materials available I'll be happy to make you up a custom listing.

Payment
My preferred method of payment is Paypal. Paying via Paypal ensures that your item is shipped as quickly as possible.

I also accept money orders. I don't ship an order until I have received and processed your money order however, so if you need an item quickly Paypal is the best option.

Please only select 'other' as your payment option if you have contacted me and I have instructed you to do so.
Shipping
This year the USPS has set their holiday shipping for domestic packages at Dec. 20*. In order to ensure your order is in the mail before this date, please place your holiday orders no later than Dec. 15.
*Please note, this date is not a guarantee, it is an estimate, and I can not be held accountable for post office delays.

I ship everything via first class mail through the USPS unless otherwise noted or requested. I use delivery confirmation and provide you with the tracking number so that you can monitor it's progress in the mail. I ship within 3 to 5 business days, unless otherwise noted. I will give you an estimate for the time needed to complete a custom order at the time an order is placed.

If you would prefer a different shipping method please convo me before completing your purchase so I may provide you with a cost estimate.

If an order is lost in transit, and can not be found after 30 days (domestic orders only) I will replace the item, if I'm unable to replace I will refund.

If you would like to have your purchase insured, please let me know in your message to seller and I will adjust the shipping cost of your order. Orders over $100 are automatically insured,by me, at no additional charge to you.

~International Orders~

I ship via USPS International First Class, unless otherwise arranged before your order is made. In an item is lost for 45 days with no tracking updates I will refund your purchase.

CUSTOMS FEES - This has nothing to do with your prepaid shipping costs. They are fees assessed and charged by your country, like a tax on goods. Most countries will not assess a fee if the package value is under $50, but this is not guaranteed and sometimes does happen regardless of the value. Please understand that all International customs fees are the responsibility of the buyer and are not covered by me. I will not mark packages as "gift". This is very illegal, and I could lose my business license.
Refunds and Exchanges
If you receive something that you don't love as much as you thought you would I will exchange it for you within 7 days. Buyer is responsible for additional shipping costs. If you are unable to find something you would like to exchange for you may return your item and I will refund you, minus the cost of shipping and a 10% restocking fee. In order to return an item, it must be unworn and in the original packaging.

I use high quality components and my pieces are built to last under normal conditions. I package all orders very carefully to ensure their safe arrival, however accidents do happen and if an item is damaged in transit, please alert me, send it back and I will repair it for you. I will pay shipping.

If an item breaks I will repair it for you you at no charge within 6 months of the original purchase date. You pay shipping. If an item breaks after 6 months I will repair it for a small fee, which will vary depending on the extent of damages and components involved. I can provide a quote if you send me a photo of the damages and a brief description.
Additional policies and FAQs
I love custom orders. If you have a vision, I would love to work with you to bring it to life. Please keep in mind, custom orders take longer, depending on the materials I have available and how elaborate a design you want. I will give you an estimate for how long a project will take to complete and do my absolute best to stick to that time frame. However, if I have to order supplies I can only work as fast as those items arrive.

Custom orders require a 50% non-refundable deposit before I begin any work. If for some reason I am unable to complete the order that deposit may be transferred to another custom order or used towards already made merchandise in my shop at the amount already paid. In that situation you will also receive 10% off your order.

If I complete a custom order and you decide you decide you do not want it, you may apply half of your original deposit amount towards a purchase of pre-made merchandise in my shop. I will keep the remainder as compensation for materials and time invested.

If you are interested in contracting me for a wholesale or consignment order, please convo me and we can discuss rates and volume.
