Ali was truly wonderful. First of all, the mirror is extraordinary.  We’ve never seen anything like it, it came exactly as shown in the photographs, and is of extremely high quality.  The glass edges are perfect, the copper “crack” is seamless, smooth and obviously created with care.  It’s beautiful, unique, thoughtful work of the finest quality. More than that however, working with Ali was a pleasure, and he comported himself with the highest degree of integrity and professionalism.  Not only did we receive timely communication on the status of the mirror every step of the way, but when our first mirror arrived damaged during the shipping process, Ali immediately started on a replacement piece. He quickly ensured that we got an intact, beautiful mirror and treated us with professionalism and courtesy throughout the process.
