Scarlett is a dazzling teddy doll! Her face is amazingly beautiful and red hair, vibrant! I love the blended color of her soft fur. My new little creature can be posed sitting up or in the prone position. She wears her own special knit scarf with a teenie, tiny hand crafted gnome tucked half way inside. Cara’s ridiculously delicate, unique eyelashes are not painted! They are precisely glued in place by a true professional, an artist extraordinaire, by the name of Elena. She has used her tremendous skills to craft this exquisite face in what seems magical fashion! The face of angel! My exquisite teddy doll is designed and created by artist Elena from AlicaK’s Lavender Studio. It was that serene, lovely...even heavenly... look that stole my heart! She has other remarkable features as well. Soft cascading blonde hair, furry and fluffy costuming, and posable arms, legs, head all come together to make this a very special doll. With even a slight turn of her head the personality seems to alter a bit. Pondering a question? Is she remembering a pretty fairy song? Perhaps she is curious about you and what you’re thinking! Greta is one of the “sweet as sugar” lovely dolls designed and crafted by artist Elena of Atelier Lavendel at AlicaK. She wears a dress of lace and soft green mohair and silk scarf. She has found her place in our playroom near the other amazing beauties from the same shoppe in Germany. Only 11 inches tall, her presence is almost like a member of a royal family because of the high quality and subtle elegance of Atelier Lavendel dolls. I am most fortunate to welcome another stunningly beautiful doll, Maureen, into my family. Maureen was created from design to handcrafted doll by artist Elena of Atelier Lavendel in Germany. Elena ensures that each little soul is unique and created with the finest organic materials from clean sheep’s wool and mohair yarn to freshwater pearls and silk fabric. Wearing a gorgeous vintage brooch, Maureen came in her simple, exquisite dress and hand knitted soft sweater and knit hat. Her pretty face, complete with embroidered blue eyes, is framed by medium length light brown curly hair. Her booties are also handcrafted wool with pompom ties. She brought her own doll, Mara, as sweet as sugar, a simple poppet with her own pillow. As ever, we love these creations and thank our lucky stars for another happy adoption!

Dittmar the Hare is a most talented and unique rabbit designed by artist Elena at AlicaK’s Atelier Lavendel! He is a Thespian of the best, most talented sorts, and came dressed in his jester hat and gauzy collar. He is also an inquisitive fellow and likes to have all the answers to any question proposed in the playroom. If he doesn’t know what’s what, he will certainly find out in due course! We love him dearly here, and encourage his many talents as long as he’s available for cuddles when called upon!
