Welcome to our store, full of handmade, one-off, sample, ready-to-wear and made to order corsets. Every corset is created by hand from start to finish, made from pure silks, tafettas, velvets and satins, and available with many different trims and bindings.
We create all our items in-house, from our own designs and patterns, so are able to adapt items to suit your needs where possible-be this a different colour, pattern, fabric, or a little tweak here and there to make the item truely unique.
We have customers across the globe, from all over Europe, the US, Canada, Australia, NZ, the far east, and everywhere in between!
Payment can be made in several ways-via Paypal for instant payment or to send an e-cheque, postal orders or by cheque.
Please note that postal order and cheque payments are only available for UK buyers, all international buyers are requested to pay via Paypal.
Items which leave the UK may incur customs costs, which are levied by each individual countries customs. We are not responsible for these costs, and are payable by the customer. We cannot provide estimate of these costs ourselves, but estimates can be found by visiting your countries customs websites, or by contacting your individual countries customs for estimated charges.
Most of our items are custom made as they are ordered, and can take time to ship out. Most items do have estimated processing times, which are detailed under the Shipping and Policies tab within each individual listing. Any item which is listed with a processing time of longer than 1 business day is custom made as it is ordered.
All non-UK parcels are sent through the fastest, trackable means possible, no matter how large or small your order is. We only use AirSure expedited shipping for US and Canadian orders, and International Signed For postage for all other non-UK destinations.
UK orders are sent either through First Class Recorded or Special Delivery postage.
Please be aware that items may incur customs charges when shipped abroad. Any items leaving the UK may be charged customs fees, which are payable by the customer upon receipt of the item. We cannot provide exact figures for the fees that may be payable, but a rough estimate of costs can be found by consulting your countries customs website, or by contacting your countries customs for a current detail of rates.
We can ship through Fedex Express if an item needs to be expedited, if you require this option then please get in touch for prices.
Refunds and Exchanges
Most of our items are custom made as they are ordered, and therefore are non-returnable for a refund. Any item which is ready to send straight out is detailed very clearly within the first sentence of each individual listing. Any item which does not state it is ready to send out immediately is custom made for you and cannot be returned.
For EU only customers, any ready made item which is purchased can be returned within 14 days of receipt of goods. Return postage is fully payable by the buyer, and will not be refunded.

This is not compulsory and does not need to be sent unless you choose to do so.
We cannot accept returns and refunds for items, but if an exchange is needed for a different size, then as long as we have the alternative size/colour available and already made then an exchange is no problem. Please bear in mind that returned items which are to be exchanged will require the postage to be paid both ways by the buyer. We do ask that any item which needs to be exchanged is sent back to us in its original unworn condition, so that we may sell this item to another lucky customer.

If you have any questions at all about sizing, colours, fit, custom items, or anything at all then please do get in touch. All questions are answered as quickly as possible, and we want you to be as happy as possible with your purchase.
Custom items are 100% non-returnable and we will not refund for any returned custom items.
All return costs for postage etc are the responsibility and at the cost of the buyer. These costs must be paid by the buyer, and postage costs are non-refundable.
