Aqua Lingerie is a small home business, and all of our items are cut and made to order. All of our items are custom made to order.
Once you place an order with us we immediately go ahead and start the manufacturing process, so we cannot give refunds or cancel orders. We are more than happy to exchange items if for whatever reason you don't like them, or if you feel that a skirt doesn't sit as you want then it can be altered for you.

Our collection, entitled Alice and willow, includes corsets, jackets, blouses and costumes are cut and made to set particular patterns, so please carefully check sizes correctly, as we cannot alter the size for these garments once its made.
If you feel an item is not as you would like, you can send it back for us to fix (in the case of skirts) or have a new item sent out to you instead.
When you buy from a small home business like mine you do get a personal service that you wouldn't find elsewhere, but please bear in mind that items are made to order so we incur costs as soon as we begin to manufacture your item.

If you have any questions at all about sizing, colours, fit, custom items, or anything else then please do get in touch. All questions are answered as quickly as possible, and no question is too small. We want you to be as happy as possible with your purchase, and we do take custom requests for orders, wherever possible we will do everything we can to meet your request.



Custom items are 100% non-returnable and we will not refund for any returned custom items.
All return costs for postage etc are the responsibility and at the cost of the buyer. These costs must be paid by the buyer, and postage costs are non-refundable.

Payment can be accepted via pay pal or direct checkout ( using a credit or bank card).
Items will not be shipped until funds have been cleared.
If you are ordering a custom item or a design using a custom fabric then payment is requested up front.

All items are sent first class, each item has its own shipping time, with some able to be shipped within 1-2 days, and a few (in the case of some costumes) up to 10 weeks. As a general rule we aim to have all orders shipped within 14 to 28 days of cleared funds. Please consult each individual item listing for accurate shipping times, or convo us if unsure. We can provide an up to date list of all quick shipping items if needed for a gift or last minute event, and all quick ship (1-2 day turnaround) items can be found in our QUICK SHIP section.
Items may run over the 28 day period occasionally during busy times and holidays. So please message me if you need your item sooner.
Please bear in mind that we are a little home business and at times we do have a large waiting list of work. We do aim to ship the orders as quick as we possibly can, but you may need to be patient!
PLEASE NOTE-PARCELS DO NOT COME WITH A TRACKING NUMBER OR INSURANCE UNLESS YOU REQUEST ONE FROM THE SHIPPING SECTION AT CHECKOUT. Items are sent first class with a proof of posting only, with the exception of items over £100 in total, which are sent with full tracking.
International orders are sent via Airmail, and do not come with tracking unless requested from the shipping section at checkout.
If an item is needed quickly then we can offer shipping upgrades for 1-2 day international shipping or next day/2 day UK shipping, also available at checkout in the shipping section.
Items lost in the post are not eligible for a refund, but I will reship the item, once it has been missing for 28 days.
Please note that international high value orders may incur customs charges, which are the responsibility of the buyer.

Information I Collect
To fulfil your order, you must provide me with certain information (which you authorized Etsy to provide to me), such as your name, email address, postal address, payment information, and the details of the product that you’re ordering. You may also choose to provide me with additional personal information (for a custom order of clothing,for example), if you contact me directly.

as necessary for the purpose of my legitimate interests, if those legitimate interests are not overridden by your rights or interests, such as 1) providing and improving my services. I use your information to provide the services you requested and in my legitimate interest to improve my services; and 2) Compliance with the Etsy Seller Policy and Terms of Use. I use your information as necessary to comply with my obligations under the Etsy Seller Policy and Terms of Use.

Information Sharing and Disclosure
Information about my customers is important to my business. I share your personal information for very limited reasons and in limited circumstances, as follows:
Etsy. I share information with Etsy as necessary to provide you my services and comply with my obligations under both the Etsy Seller Policy and Etsy Terms of Use.
Compliance with laws. I may collect, use, retain, and share your information if I have a good faith belief that it is reasonably necessary to: (a) respond to legal process or to government requests; (b) enforce my agreements, terms and policies; (c) prevent, investigate, and address fraud and other illegal activity, security, or technical issues; or (d) protect the rights, property, and safety of my customers, or others.

Data Retention
I retain your personal information only for as long as necessary to provide you with my services and as described in my Privacy Policy. However, I may also be required to retain this information to comply with my legal and regulatory obligations, to resolve disputes, and to enforce my agreements. I generally keep your data for the following time period: 4 years.

Your Rights

Access. You may have the right to access and receive a copy of the personal information I hold about you by contacting me using the contact information below.
Change, restrict, delete. You may also have rights to change, restrict my use of, or delete your personal information. Absent exceptional circumstances (like where I am required to store data for legal reasons) I will generally delete your personal information upon request.
Object. You can object to my processing of some of your information based on my legitimate interests. In such cases, I will delete your personal information unless I have compelling and legitimate grounds to continue using that information or if it is needed for legal reasons.
Complain. If you reside in the EU and wish to raise a concern about my use of your information (and without prejudice to any other rights you may have), you have the right to do so with your local data protection authority.
