When will my order ship?
All items are handmade to order. Please allow 1-2 days for production.
Gift wrapping and packaging
All of our pieces come in a lovely jewelry box, ready for gift giving!
Care instructions
-Remove all jewelry before go to bed, taking shower, swimming (chlorine will destroy metals), exercising (sweating) or using cleaning products
-Never spray perfume on your jewelry.
-When you're not wearing your jewelry please store it plastic pouches to keep them free from dust and humidity. Humidity will oxidize sterling silver and gold filled jewelry, as well as plated materials.
-To clean: Gently wipe each piece of jewelry clean after wearing it with a jewelry polishing cloth to remove makeup and skin oils (never use abrasive chemicals or alcohol-based products to clean your jewelry).
Lost item
If an order is lost in the mail or marked as delivered, please immediately contact your local post office with your tracking number. Often times it gets placed in a neighboring mailbox or door, so it's a good idea to check with your neighbors. Once the package leaves my studio, it is completely in the hands of the postal service. Alisa Studio Design is not responsible for packages marked as delivered and not received or packages that are lost in the mail. However, please reach out to me and I will do everything possible to assist with the recovery of your package. Alisa Studio Design has the same access to tracking information given by USPS as the customer receives. We don't have any further information or tracking.
International shipping
Packages are sent First Class Air Mail.
It may take up to a 3-7 weeks to arrive depending on your location. In most cases it takes 10-14 days. Please keep this in mind when ordering. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Please note: When traveling across a border, packages sometimes get held up at customs for you to pick it up. This is the customer's responsibility to be in touch with your postal office and retrieve your item.
Buyer is responsible for any fees, taxes, or other import charges due upon arrival. I am unable to predict which of these fees, if any, will be applied.
Once your package leaves the Unites States, there will not be updates to tracking until it is delivered.
Wrong address
I ship your items to the address provided to me on ETSY. Please, double-check that you have entered the correct address. Please reach out right away if you find that the address needs to be changed. If your order has already shipped, it’s too late to change the address at that point. If the package is come back to me I will only resend after contacting you. You will be asked to purchase a second shipping label with the correct address.
Satisfaction
If you are not 100% satisfied with your order, for any reason, please reach out to me and I will make it right!
Tracking
Once a shipping label is generated, you will receive a shipping notification email that your order has shipped along with a tracking number. You can also find the tracking number in the "purchases" section of your ETSY account.
Shipping insurance:
Most orders arrive without incident, but we still suggest adding insurance in case your package gets lost or damaged during transit. Regrettably, if you choose not to add insurance, we will not be able to refund or replace your order if anything happens to it.

Return
Buyer is responsible for the return shipping cost and the original shipping cost will be deducted from the total refund, even when you got the free shipping offer unless you have received wrong or defective items from us.
