    I have been around the photographic world since 1998 when I started working at CPI in Michigan. I then became a manager of a portrait studio, and started my own business, Photography by Sasha, which changed to Gray Sun Photography in 2012. I worked at Prolabexpress for 8 years, before I ventured off into the telecommunications industry. In 2015 my second child was born (Alison), and I made the decision to stay home. Since I am still active in the photo community, I saw a need for items that are made with quality and are ready to ship. Being a photographer myself, I know there are tight deadlines, and last minute clients. I started Alison's Garden Boutique to fulfill that need!

      Hello, thank you for visiting my shop! I started out as a photographer way back in 1998. You may have seen my face on some of the pro photo forums. I have hung up my camera to focus on my kids and making quality handmade items that are ready to ship!

    If you have any issues with your order, please contact us before leaving shop feedback. We strive to have wonderful customer service and while we would love for every order to be perfect, sometimes mistakes do happen. Thank you for understanding! We can not accept returns on products due to sanitary reasons.

    Please keep in mind that every monitor displays colors differently. Our monitors are calibrated to a professional photographic lab that we use for printing. The colors you see may be different than what the actual product color is. We try to photograph our products to be as close to true colors as possible. If you are trying to match a color, feel free to ask before you purchase.

    The silk we use is fair trade or has been hand-dyed. Due to the unique nature of the silk, some color variances may occur. I always try to make the tiebacks to be exactly the same, but it is not always possible due to these variances.

    Our cheesecloth wraps are hand-dyed in small batches. Some slight color variations may occur between batches. The cheesecloth is raw edge, or unfinished. The size is 36x50 before they are hand dyed. Due to the dying and drying process, the cheesecloth may have some shrinkage and be slightly smaller than 36x50, and may need to be re-stretched after receiving.

    We strive to make one of a kind, hand crafted quality products for our clients! All items are ready to ship, unless otherwise specified in the shop listing.

    If you would like a specific product or color, please convo us and we would be happy to try to accommodate your request.

    If your item arrives damaged, please send photos of the damage via Etsy message. Be sure to keep and photograph all packaging that the items arrived in.

All US domestic orders are sent USPS First Class with tracking, unless you order the packaged to be sent Priority. You can track your order online at USPS.com.     International orders may be subject to duties, taxes, customs or other fees. Alison's Garden Boutique is not responsible for fees occurred, and the fees must be paid by the buyer, by law. Alison's Garden Boutique is not responsible for delays in shipping or customs, nor packages that have been lost, damaged or stolen.
