Frequently asked questions
Will I receive a physical product?
No. AlkaDigi sells digital files only. Nothing will be shipped to your address. Please read the listing to see exactly which files are included and whether printing or editing is required.
How do I download my purchase?
For instant-download items, files become available after payment is confirmed. Open Etsy.com in a web browser, then go to Your account > Purchases > Download Files. The Etsy app currently does not support downloads. Guest buyers can use the download link in their receipt email.
Which files and sizes are included? Can I edit them?
File formats, page sizes, and software requirements vary by product and are listed in each description. Files are editable or customizable only when the listing explicitly says so. Please check those details before purchasing, and message us if you are unsure whether a product will work for you.
What if I need help opening or printing a file?
If your download is a ZIP, extract it first. Open the files with software that supports the stated format. For printables, follow the included instructions, choose the matching paper size, and print one test page before printing the full set. Screen and printer colors can differ. If you are still stuck, send us an Etsy message with the file name and a description of the problem.
