3 out of 5 starsThe chain was super long and no easy way of shortening it. And the part that hangs down from the chain is metal instead of what I though would be string or even plastic string... still pretty and it’s hanging up in my pickup...

This is extremely disheartening to me. I strive to produce a quality product and clearly stated in the description that the chain was 16 inches. I have no way of knowing who is purchasing and what length is needed. There was NO contact beforehand from her, I would have promptly answered any questions.For the part that hangs down to be string or plastic string would not be good, because the weight of the cross would be too heavy and cause breakage. I have made two attempts after the sale to make contact in order to have her return and ship back out most likely the same day or day after receiving. She has yet to reach back out to me, and I highly doubt that she will any time in the future. Regardless, I still appreciate the sale. It is my mission to provide stellar service to ALL customers.

Creating Christian decor and Christian Jewelry For The Love of Jesus Christ
There's something to be loved about creating Christian decor and Christian jewelry for those that want to share in expressing their love for Jesus Christ.
I remember wanting to create something for my husband rather than just making a purchase. I walked into the local craft store and the lady walked me back to the unfinished wood and paint. That day after he left for the day, I began painting him a picture frame that I put a love letter on inside. He loved it from there I started making more for friends and family.
Once I ran out of friends and family I was hooked. God works is mysterious ways and made sure I was introduced to Etsy...so I opened AllAboutJESUSDesigns.
As Christians, in Luke we are called to spread the gospel of Jesus Christ, so if I can do that in some way through creating beautiful and colorful Christian jewelry, Christian decor and other Christian items then that is absolutely perfect!
I created AllAboutJESUSDesigns to begin selling because it gives the opportunity to glorify Jesus Christ on a much larger level than just a immediate circle of family, friends and co-workers.
Whether it is a piece of wood wall art or spiritual jewelry it deserves time and dedication to detail. Everything is created directly from the heart and you would be proud to display in your home, church, or anywhere that you want Christian decor. Absolutely nothing is rushed or thrown together.....nothing.
Each customer is a sister or brother in Christ that with whom I can share Jesus Christ with, so therefore absolutely everything is done with love to make sure customers are happy with their purchase. Your happiness is the most important.

CUSTOM ORDER INFORMATION:
Absolutely! Once order has been confirmed, payment is due in full before work can begin.
I will accept requests for colors, size of cross ( small, medium, large), type (metal, wood, Howlite etc)
Please indicate desired length.
However, I only have certain supplies available at a time and what I post is OOAK. If I can find other supplies, I will be happy to make it just for you or someone special.

Shipping is FAST! I make every attempt to ship within 1 business day although it may take up to 3 days for READY TO SHIP ITEMS using USPS First Class or Parcel Post.

REFUNDS
Each refund request will be given its own consideration as a case by case basis, however as a general rule refund requests must be made within 14 days of delivery date as indicated by USPS tracking information.
If originally paid using Paypal or Etsy direct checking, I will refund via Paypal. I will refund less shipping costs within 5 business days.
EXCHANGES
Exchanges can be made if original is returned in original condition for something else. If something more is requested, I will invoice the balance. If less then I will refund the difference.
