Returns and exchange details
Due to the nature of personalized items, customized items, and digital downloads, we do not accept returns unless there was an error on our part. If there is an error on our part, we will correct it at no additional charge.

If a personalized or customized item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, we must be contacted within 3 business days after delivery. We will request photos of damaged or defective items and the original box or package it was shipped in. All returns must be authorized.
Shipping
Processing Time: The time needed to prepare an order for shipping varies. For details, please click the "Shipping & Policies" tab of each item to see processing times.

Standard Shipping Continental United States:
Most orders are shipped USPS First Class. You will receive a emailed shipping confirmation and tracking number once your order has shipped.

AdornBee is not responsible for delivery delays caused by weather, carrier issues, international customs, or other causes beyond our control.

Please make sure that your address is correct and that you have a safe place for your package to arrive. We are not liable for theft or any other loss after delivery. We are unable to accept responsibility if we ship to an incorrect address that was provided by the customer.

Packages returned due to return to sender, not deliverable as addressed, unable to forward, insufficient address, or unclaimed may require a additional shipping fee and updated address before we can reship.

All items are created in a smoke and pet free environment.
