Shipping to the European Union.
To ensure correct processing through customs, our international orders are sent to Etsy's shipping hub where they will be forwarded onto the customer. We include Etsy's IOSS Number and the applicable tarriff code on all our shipments to EU customers to avoid unnecessary delays or duplicate customs fees.
Care instructions
The majority of our Smart Doll clothing is washable, unless otherwise indicated in the listing. We recommend either hand washing, or using a garment bag on delicate settings. Clothing such as T-shirts that contain vinyl decals should be turned inside out prior to washing.
Please use the following care recommendations for our human sized clothing: Machine wash cold, inside-out, gentle cycle with mild detergent and similar colors. Use non-chlorine bleach, only when necessary. No fabric softeners. Tumble dry low, or hang-dry for longest life. Cool iron inside-out if necessary. Do not iron the design.
Do you stain test clothing?
All fabric is selected with the goal of minimizing the risk of staining, and we don't use anything that we would not use with our own dolls.
Dark and bright colored fabric is treated to remove excess dye prior to use through a combination of soaking and washing.
Although we make every effort to minimize stain risk, it is not possible to test for all environments and scenarios. We strongly recommend the use of stain preventative underclothing and not to store dolls long-term in dark or brightly dyed clothing.
Human T-shirts
Please be sure to double check your size against the provided size guide when ordering human T-shirts. We do not accept returns/exchanges if the item is ordered in the wrong size.
Human size T-shirts ship separately from other items in the same order.
Custom and personalized orders
Smart Doll Tails are considered a personalized item since they are made-to-order to your requested specifications, therefore we cannot accept returns on these items. However, we will gladly provide photos of custom and personalized orders at your request prior to shipping to ensure you are fully satisfied.
