What Are Your Shop Hours?
I generally work Monday-Thursday from 10AM-4PM, with limited hours on Fridays. (Time Zone: Eastern Time) I don't work any weekends or holidays.
I Purchased an Instant Download Item. How Do I Download My File(s)?
You as a customer, are responsible for being able to download/access your files. Please make sure that you are downloading the files to your Computer or Laptop (downloads will not work on smartphones & other devices).
To access your files, click the link in your Etsy order receipt
OR:
Go to https://www.etsy.com/your/purchases
> Locate your purchase
> download from the button on the right that says: "Download Files".

Can You Print and Mail My Order?
I DO NOT offer any printed items at this time. You are fully responsible for printing any files purchased.
How Do I Unzip My Download Files?
If you are purchasing a zipped bundle, you are responsible for being able to extract your files. Please be sure you are familiar with zip files before downloading.
PC: To extract a single file or folder, double-click the compressed folder to open it. Then, drag the file or folder from the compressed folder to a new location. To extract the entire contents of the compressed folder, right-click the folder, click Extract All, and then follow the instructions.
Mac: Double click the .zip file, then search for the product folder or product file.
I can't add an item to my cart. What do I do?
Please read the item description. Once you have done so, and agree with the terms, type "Yes" in the required box to proceed. This confirms that you have read and understood the Item Description included with the listing.
