You can cancel order before shipment. But if the shipment has been sent, you can not cancel your purchase.
Before you make a purchase, be sure that's what you want! Before you purchase a PDF PLEASE well read the description in the listing under the photos. All PDF written in English using American terminology !!!

IMPORTANT NOTICE to Shoppers - Christmas Delivery - Orders must be placed by 26th November. ORDERS PLACED AFTER THIS DATE ARE MOST LIKELY TO ARRIVE AFTER CHRISTMAS.
It usually takes 7-10 days for European countries and Canada
12-18 days for the United States after I finish shipping process.
Sometimes the parcels are controlled by custom so delivery time extends to one month. Sometimes, it may take longer before Christmas or holidays.
If there is a postal holiday, an additional day may be required.
In the case of a custom order, we will negotiate shipment date at the time of order.
I would be happy to ship by another method if you would prefer. You will need to contact me via Etsy conversation or e-mail to cosmonautllama[!at] gmail.com, and I will send you a revised paypal invoice.
