Each one of our products is 100% handcrafted. We do not use mass-produced items. We select, cut and process each piece of material with care and love to create one of a kind designs for you, dear valuable customer.
***SHIPPING COST UPDATE FOR MULTIPLE ITEMS ORDERS***
If you purchase multiple items from our shop, we will ship your entire order in one package (when it is possible). The shipping costs are based on the size and the weight of the package, and you can expect to be reimbursed for the shipping overages. Keep in mind, some of the items in our shop are light weight and eligible for First Class Mail (2-5 days within USA). Combining two or three of them in one package requires the more expensive Priority one (1-3 days within USA). In some of these cases there are no shipping overages, but you will get your items faster.
If your package's actual shipping cost become lower than the one calculated at checkout with more than $2, a refund for the difference will be issued within 24 hours after your order is shipped.

4 out of 5 starsService was great, very fast. Signs are nice. My reason for 4 star is the numbers aren't very wide and make it difficult to see which apartment you are walking up to. We hung on doors about 36" high but wish we had hung at eye height. Numbers would read better if bolder and larger.

It took me about a year to decide on what exactly to write in our shop's "About" section. And not because I'm too shy, I just wasn't sure what you would like to know about us.
Scrolling through our shop pages ( thank you so much for doing that ), you are probably wondering why you should choose us to make the signs for your home or business; the decorations that will warm-up your life and house; the gifts for the people you love and care about.
Here are some possible answers:
***Because our products are unique - we DO NOT just customize some cheap mass-produced items. Our products are designed and handmade by the two of us in our studio.
***Because we use real hard wood - we select, cut and process each piece of wood with exceptional care and love.
***Because we strive to create quality artwork - if we are not satisfied with the look of the product, we will redo it without any doubt.
***Because we do not charge extra for rush orders. US customers, we do not consider your order as a rush order, if you have 8 or more days ( or 10+ days for address signs ) to the date you will need the product. If you have 8+ days in advance, you can simply place your order without messaging us, and please leave as a note including the event date at checkout. If you live outside the USA, or if you have shorter time to the event, please message us, before placing the order to check our current processing time and faster shipping options.
***Because we will replace your item, if it is damaged or destroyed during transportation. In this case, please contact us ASAP with pictures of the damaged product and the package as proof.
***Because we love custom orders. We'd love to hear your ideas. Some of our best products are born as a result of collective work with customers.
***Because the outstanding customer service is our priority #1. Having casino jobs for years, taught us how to treat our customers with care and respect.
And here is some personal info about us:
We are a happy family of three and a Shih Tzu, named Lea. Me and my husband Vasko have been married for 23 years.
Myself and Vasko moved to the USA fourteen years ago. Since then we have lived in the fabulous Las Vegas, Nevada. Our almost eight year old son was born here.
After many years working in the casino business, we made a good living, but we were struggling of lack of time together as a family - working different shifts with different days off, sometimes even missing the holidays together.
We then decided to put together Vasko's love of wood crafting & painting with my passion for design and decoration, and that's how our Etsy journey began.
