Welcome to All Willy Lily, where Random is our middle name.
There are so many things that inspire and intrigue me...I never know which one will effect me on any given day. If this is familiar to you, than this shop is for you! Please take your time, browse around, ask questions of me, and yourself along the way. Be inspired, be taken back, be a buyer, but above all, be blissful of nothing and everything you find here!

The items that I create personally I do so with pride and enjoyment. I hope you feel the same way using, wearing, and giving my products as well.
I do my best to fully describe and disclose everything about the item you are purchasing. All items come out of my pet free, smoke free home. Our dust bunnies hide under the beds and eat very little, so we don't consider them part of the family.
If for any reason you are dissatisfied with one of my products, please feel free to contact me via convo, I really not as terrible as they say I am, and rarely use all caps when speaking or typing.
Let’s work it out! ...and my return policy is clearly stated below.

Payment
I accept payments via PayPal only. Rest assured there is a way to use PayPal without signing up for an account. During the checkout process, please choose the PayPal option and you will be forwarded to a secure page. There you will be given the choice to "sign-in" to your existing account, create an account, or to type in you credit card information.

Please note that if I do not receive payment within 48 hours we will try and contact you. If I am unable to get a response I will have no choice but to cancel the order and relist the item.
Shipping
I will ship a ready made item within 24 hours of recieving payment, taking into consideration for weekends and holidays. Once your item is shipped, I will send you a message letting you know it is on it's way.
I will create and ship a cutsom made product within 48 hours of recieveing payment, also taking into consideration of the timing within weekends and holidays.
PLEASE NOTE: I ship to the PayPal address, so please make sure that it is correct!
When it works out, we will always recycle shipping containers - I like to get stuff in the mail too, so why not pass along the love. If you find this to be a problem, please convo me and make it clear you like everything new and sparkly, which includes your box.

We do not guarantee arrival dates of your package on regular shipments. We will however gladly provide you with a guaranteed ship date.
We ship USPS First Class mail and generally it arrives at your home 3-5 days after shipping in the US. International orders will take a little longer. We can provide shipping info for domestic shipments at your request.

Please note that international orders are shipped via first class mail and we are not given an exact date as to delivery times. We fill out custom forms and have receipts showing we mailed them; however, we can not be responsible for lost or misdirected mail. Should you not receive an order please contact me and I will be happy to provide a scan showing the item was sent but again, the postal service only gives estimates and will not guarantee any overseas deliveries.
We do not include insurance with our postage so if you would like insurance please send us a message and we will add it to your shipping. It is generally $1.25 US to add insurance.

Refunds and Exchanges
If the item arrives to you damaged due to the post office, please send me photos of the damage and I will ship you a replacement immediately.

If you are unhappy with your item, please message me within 48 hours of receipt. Please do not leave neutral or negative feedback. I am very easy to work with.

My return policy:

If it wasn't what you were expecting, you may return it for a paypal refund less 15% and shipping charges or exchange it for anything in my store (same value or less). IT MUST BE IN ITS ORIGINAL CONDITION for a refund. If you have damaged it, I cannot issue you a refund.

To return the item, please convo me to get my address.

Next,

1. Mail the item to me in its original condition with its box. Use delivery confirmation, because if it gets lost in the mail I cannot refund you.
2. Once I receive the item, I will cancel the transaction on etsy so i can recover the fees they charge me.
3. Once etsy cancels the transaction, I will give you a paypal refund.

Custom Items - I cannot often resell custom items. If you are unhappy with your custom item, you may return it for 85% of the sales price less shipping.

Think before you buy!! It will save on the headache and ulcers.
Additional policies and FAQs
All items purchased are done so with the assumption that all responsibility for the safety and well being of everyone involved with this purchase fully lies in the hands of the purchaser and by no means should be brought back onto All Willy Lily shop owner or family.
In other words, don’t be dumb, and if you are, I would rather you did not buy from me. I am responsible for my own children, I expect you should be as well.
