Product will not be made/shipped until payment is finalized.

I will send you a confirmation email once this is done and will then start/ship your product.
Item will be shipped to address listed on Paypal and Etsy. It is buyers responsibility to make sure that address is updated and current. Any extra shipping that is accrued due to an incorrect address will be the responsibility of the buyer. If Item shipped to address listed and that address is NOT correct the seller will not assume responsibility for this error.

Items will be shipped USPS With delivery confirmation, unless requested otherwise with the difference to be paid by Buyer. Once Items are sent Seller is not responsible for any damage caused by the Postal Service.

Exception to this is Iron-on applique's which will be mailed first class mail letter, which does not come with Delivery Conformation. If Buyer wishes it to be sent delivery confirmation the difference in price to be paid by the Buyer

Insurance is also available at the expense of the Buyer, please mention this when ordering.
Refunds and Exchanges
Due to the nature of the product all sales are final unless there is an error made by the Seller, in which case it will be corrected if brought to my attention within 48 hours upon receipt of the item.

I am a happy owner of both a dog and a cat. They do not at any time come in contact with my product, before, during or after production, but I do want everyone to be aware for those of you with pet allergies.
