Payment
Orders will not ship, until payments are processed in full. If our shop notices that the order has been in a pending status, for more than 24 hours, we will contact you to determine an appropriate course of action.

If an order remains in a pending status for more than 72 hours, and our shop has not received a Buyer response on the matter, we will immediately cancel the order.
Shipping
Changes in addresses after the order has processed will result in additional charges to the Buyer. If our shop has printed the postage for the order, and the shop is then notified that the address is incorrect, we'll immediately contact the Buyer to re-purchase the shipping cost in order for our shop to re-process the postage with the correct address.

If our shop has already shipped the Buyer's order, it is the Buyer's responsibility to contact USPS for re-routing and/or return to sender instructions. If the item is returned to our shop, we will contact the Buyer regarding the incorrect address and return of the package. However, the Buyer will be responsible for re-purchasing the shipping cost for the item to re-ship with the correct address.

Once an order is processed and shipped, the Buyer will receive a shipping notification from our shop which includes a tracking number for the order. If the Buyer notices the tracking status states the order has been delivered, however the Buyer has not received the order, it is not our shops responsibility to locate the item. The Buyer will need to contact their local post office to determine details of the delivery.
Refunds and Exchanges
No refunds, unless the item was damaged during shipment or lost. Pictures of the damage will be requested prior to issuing refund of the item. Shipping cost will not be refunded.
