Custom made items are usually very personal to you and as such are none returnable. I will do my best to make sure I follow your instructions and I will make sure you see as many photos of your part finished/finished item as you need/want too, so you are confident in what you are buying.
Ready made items are shipped as soon as I have cleared payment.
Custom items may take a while. It depends how much work I have committed myself too. It should tell you the expected lead time on the relevant listing. However lead times aren't fixed in stone, there's usually some room for negotiations if necessary, but you'll have to ask.
