5 out of 5 starsI reached out to the shop owner because I loved the back dragon spine design, but the front text didn't apply to me- so they custom made a design for me, as I just had Spine Surgery 3 weeks ago. Super fast editing, ordering, and shipping! I LOVE my hoodie, it was the perfect pick-me-up while healing. Thank you so much, I sincerely appreciate how kindly and smooth the process went. 10/10 would recommend!

Frequently asked questions
My tracking was marked as "delivered" but I still haven't received my package?
• It is not infrequent that USPS/ other carriers mark the package as "delivered" prematurely. Please make sure to wait another 1-3 business days before taking action.
• If the package is still not delivered, please contact your LOCAL post office. Asked them to track the package with the provided tracking number. make sure to ask them who delivered the parcel, and ask them details about that day's delivery.
• If for any reason the parcel does not show up after trying to locate it with the help of your local post office, please call the Post Office and file a claim. Also, please make sure to let us know that the package cannot currently be located.
How long is our shipping time?
• Each of our items are made to order individually for each of our buyers. We work with print provider partners that have facilities at various locations of the United States and Canada. The orders may be fulfilled by different print providers depending on product type and stock availability.
• Our typical processing time is 3-5 business days before shipment.
• Our typical shipping time is 3-7 business days.
Can I return my order or get a refund?
• Each of our items are made to order individually for each of our buyers, so we do not accept returns or cancellations 2 hours after a purchase is made.
• If your item has a printing/manufacturing error, please send us a clear photo and description of the fault and we will open a case for a reprint on your behalf.
I ordered multiple items but I received only part of the order ?
• Because we use multiple print providers depending on stock availability and product type, sometimes items are shipped from different facilities so you may receive your items separately.
• Please contact us if you have any questions about your individual order.
What is the sizing like for these tees/sweatshirts?
• Our apparel is unisex sized, so the fit is on the boxier side.
• If you want an oversized fit, we strongly suggest going 2 or 3 sizes UP from your typical size. If you are between sizes, we suggest going with the larger size.
• The size chart is the most accurate way to determine the correct fit and can be found in the listing photos section.
Missing/stolen packages, what to do?
• Our shop is unable to refund orders that were misdelivered by the post office or stolen from a property, as the shipping process is out of our hands once the package has been transferred to the post office.
