I can’t say enough good things, worked with me and communicated every step of the way. Extremely accommodating, professional, and kind. I sent more than enough ashes and I was giving the option of having them scattered where the seller is or having them be sent back. It was explained some don’t like receiving the ashes again, which I completely understand. I chose to have them sent back as my recently passed cat was not the adventurous type lol. The ashes were sent back in a beautiful little vase…1000/10 my ring turned out perfect and unique, exactly like my soul cat, Phoebe

I love my ring more than words can express. When my Walter passed away, I had a little bowl of his whiskers. I didn't know what to do with them. Then I found Beth's store, and her work just looked so beautiful. I got my ring yesterday and can confirm-- this is gorgeous. I never want to take it off because it makes me feel so close to my kitten. Beth was incredibly compassionate and patient with me through this process-- from when I panicked that USPS had lost Walter's whiskers, to keeping me updated on her process every step of the way-- I just don't know how to thank her for that. It truly is an incredible ring. If you are struggling with the loss of your pet and want to feel them with you at all times, please get this ring. It's provided me with a lot of comfort.

Beth worked diligently with us to find the right color of our Stevie's eyes. The ring is absolutely perfect and we couldn't ask for more. Would absolutely have another one done by her 💙 Customer service is 20/10 and we got the ring very quickly after being made!
