The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
Returns and exchange details
Returns of personalized jewelry cannot be accepted unless it is because of a specific mistake on our part. Make sure you request the right ring size as most personalized rings cannot be re-sized, returned or exchanged. Double check to make sure you have no spelling mistakes when ordering names, dates, etc. as we will not be held responsible for any mistakes on your part. In the unlikely event of a mistake made by us, contact us immediately to return your order. We will replace your item with the exact same, corrected, piece and we will also pay for shipping both ways.

However, if you find a mistake, even a spelling mistake made by you, we will still help you fix the problem. We will send out a new ring (has to be the same Sku number) with all mistakes corrected. You will be charged half the original price, of the first ring, plus shipping.

Returns on all other non personalized jewelry is allowed. Please contact us for details. We do NOT refund shipping charges. NO EXCEPTIONS.

*You have to contact us within Three (3) days of receiving your order, with the reason for requesting a return.
*Once we give you the go ahead to return your order, (non personalized items ONLY) we have to receive your return within 14 days.
*You have to purchase a return shipping upgrade, from our store, in order for us to ship your replacement item.
*If you decided to return your purchased item, original shipping costs (where applicable) will be deducted from your refund.
*We will not accept your return unless these simple instructions are followed.

All orders are to be paid in full, within 48hrs, before we can ship. We accept Paypal as well as all major credit cards through Paypal and etsy. The safe and secure way to make payments.

We usually ship within 1 to 5 days of paid order, except weekends and holidays. 5 to 7 days during peak season. All orders ship First Class, Priority Mail or Express Mail to any U.S. address by USPS mail. Insurance and tracking confirmation is included with every order.

Shipping and handling is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information. Shipping costs are always live and you can instantly see what your costs are going to be before you make payment.

USPS estimates Priority Mail orders to take 3 days to arrive. However, real life sometimes dictates otherwise. Ultimately it's up to you, the customer, to give us enough time to work on your order, ship it and for USPS to deliver it.


It's not unusual for orders to get delayed somewhere along the line. We have NO control over USPS and are at their 'mercy'. Please remember that once we hand over your package to USPS we can't control what they do with it. We rarely have problems with the post office...but occasionally...we do. It happens!! We will do our best to keep you informed and will investigate in the unlikely event your package goes missing. Please keep in mind that the quicker you let us know that your order didn't arrive, the better the chance of finding it. Ultimately...your order will ALWAYS be insured, however, we have a very small window to find or file a claim. So please let us know right away. One way or another, we'll help fix the problem!

International Shipping Options

We ship to many, but not all, international locations. Destination countries will be added or taken out of our list depending on guidelines received from etsy and USPS. Live shipping rates are available in our cart system and if your location isn't listed we will be happy to provide you with a quote. Should your package be lost during transit, we will gladly assist you in recovering your goods by initiating a trace from our end, however, we will not be held responsible for lost or delayed packages. We strongly suggest you choose the "Priority Mail International" option as this will automatically include insurance on your order.

Customs/VAT/Import Duties etc

Customs and import duties are your responsibility, the customer. These charges vary and are charged when your package reaches its destination country. We recommend that you contact your local customs office for details on how these charges are assessed and applied. Packages that are returned due to unpaid duties and customs, or an incorrect address, will be charged an additional shipping/return fee in addition to deducting shipping and return costs. Please note that when customs clearance procedures are required, it WILL cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.

Package Tracking

It is important you provide us with an accurate e-mail address when placing your order so we can send you the tracking number for your shipment. The moment you check-out, an e-mail confirmation of your order is sent to you. Check your junk mail folder and please make sure you contact us if you do not receive that confirmation.

When your order is shipped, an e-mail with your tracking number is automatically generated and sent to you. This e-mail will contain a tracking number and link to track your package. This is the easiest and fastest way to track your order. There is also a link on your account. Just go to your orders page and click on the tracking link. Please note that it can take up to 24 hours for tracking information to be available on-line.

Should your package be lost during transit, we will gladly assist you in recovering your goods by initiating a trace on our end, however, we will not be held responsible for lost or delayed packages. We strongly suggest you choose the Priority Mail International option as this will automatically include insurance on your order.

Stock Status

We do our best to make sure that stock amounts are always updated on etsy. Unfortunately, due to the nature of shopping carts, multiple selling platforms, craft fairs etc. sometimes an item in our store will appear available when in actual fact, it is out of stock. If this occurs, we will immediately let you know and offer you a refund, an alternate item or a gift card. The choice is yours.

***Please Keep in mind that changes can not be made once we start working on your personalized order!! If you need to make changes to your order you have to let us know before your order is engraved/Stamped***

Additional policies and FAQs
Please contact us though and not directly through email!! Our spam filter will automatically delete all emails from anyone we don't know!!! We ONLY respond to emails that come through please don't get upset if we don't answer your direct emails!!

One final note. We try our hardest to accommodate our customers' requests. Unfortunately this is not always possible. Please give us your thoughts and don't hesitate to ask questions. You'd be surprised with what we can do!

Important. Please make sure you choose a font you like, and let us know. If you don't choose a font, we will assume that you want us to use the best suited font for the order at hand...and we will choose one for you!!

All sales are final on custom graphics upgrades. No refunds will be issued even if original order is cancelled.

If we do not receive engraving instructions with your order...we will assume that you do not want any engraving. We will wait give you enough time to contact us with instructions (ONLY through etsy please!!). If, After the 48hrs, we do not hear from you, we will ship your order as is...with no engraving.
