Every item is meticulously crafted by hand and manufactured to order. Since most things in the shop may be customized, feel free to inquire if there is something you would want to see added, removed, or changed! I'll try my hardest to fulfill any requests.
Each order is made by custom, please expect dispatch time around 5-7 business days. Orders are expertly wrapped and delivered in one of our personalized gift boxes. To be more environmentally friendly and to keep shipping costs for you low, please let us know in the "note to seller" section of the checkout process if you require individual gift boxes for the products in your purchase. If not, we may combine the items into fewer boxes!
We are full working from Monday through Friday, Polish time. Messages may not be answered outside of those days. But we will answer within 24 hours.

Care instructions
The resin is waterproof, but I advise to remove jewelry before washing hands, go to sleep, applying cosmetics or using chemical agents such as household cleaning supplies and hand sanitizers, though is not common, reaction may occur having undesirable effects especially when item is new.
Keep your ring away from direct sunlight, resins are UV sensitive and some may change opacity or colour tone when exposed to sun light for long periods.
Please notice that resins are much softer than metal or stone products, its highly polished surface, may be scratched or damaged if get in contact with abrasives.
To keep your polished resin jewellery in great condition, simply wipe with a clean, dry cloth.
Cancellation after 12 hours of purchase
CANCELLING YOUR ORDER
Order cancellations are accepted for a period of twelve hours following the date of order placement, excluding personalized items. Refund requests for payments will be made right away after the cancellation. If you would want to check on the status of your order beyond the twelve-hour cancellation window, please contact us and we will be happy to assist you.
