Can you custom jewelry by any design photo I send to you?
We sure do! In the meantime,if you see a ring we have in our shop and want some changes made Or have a few other favorites, we can turn it into 1 ring for you. Custom is Non Refundable Or Returnable once production begins. 30% deposit required to begin CAD, based on estimated price. Once CAD is approved Full payment is required within 7 days of receiving the CAD images. We will offer 1 variation for free. More than 1 is $30 new design fee. Items are shipped once paid in full. Please allow 2 weeks for design/production time. Engraving and Eternity style rings are Custom. $30 CAD fee is non refundable if you cancel.PLEASE RESPOND TO MESSAGES ABOUT YOUR ORDER WITHIN 24 hours. WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO REMAKE ANY CUSTOM ITEM.
What if I order the wrong size or need a larger ring size thats not listed as an option?
No problem, we can resize it down for $100 and about a weeks time. Sizing up will be from $100 to $200 depending on the ring. Our ring listings are priced for Full sizes. If you need a larger size , no problem, just ask me:) please ask for details about your specific ring.
How do I know I am getting a quality product and why should I buy from ALPHA JEWELRY?
We hand select every stone we use for your jewelry purchase. The diamond melee, moissanites,and precious gems are selected and approved by us. Your quality piece is made by our goldsmiths who more than 20 years experience . I inspect all items before I ship and can send you a video as well. Our prices are not as low as some because we make rings built to last for lifetimes! They are not flimsy rings. Because most of our items are made to order the carat weights can vary. The CAD and new custom made rings will be estimated weights until the ring has been made. Eternity style rings based on the ring size you are.
Do you certify your stones?
We source our moissanite from the finest cutters and are all ethically sourced.I persoally hand select every moissanite we use and all of our moissanite are D color VVS.Moissanite Quality and priced very well.
The small diamonds in our rings are not certified,as GIA certifies diamonds over .30ct. In the meantime,we will provide certificate of GIA for the diamond which more than 0.30ct.Moissanite does not provide a certificate.
What is your return policy and do you accept exchanges?
If you wish to return your item for a refund due to change of mind, please note that shipping costs are not refunded and 50% of the item price will be removed from your refund - This is to cover any cleaning, polishing, restocking, or melting back down to raw materials.
Please note that only unworn and as new items can be returned items refund, returns are not accepted for items with any wear or damage.
Customers are responsible for shipping costs for returned items. Please note that it is your responsibility to package the returned items well to avoid any damage during shipping and to use an insured mail service if you feel necessary. We are not responsible for any loss or damage caused during the transit of your returned package.
Custom order returns are not accepted.
