By placing an order with Alpine Graphics you are acknowledging that you have read and agree with my Shop Policies.
➽ COMMUNICATION
I communicate via Etsy Conversation ONLY, which is delivered to the email address you have entered at checkout or have on file with your Etsy account (check your spam/bulk folder). If you pay with your PayPal account you will receive messages to your PayPal email address. In compliance with Etsy's rules, I do not communicate via phone, text or direct email.
➽ SHIPPING
I offer Free Shipping on all orders over $35 (US only). I use the "ship to" address listed on your invoice, please be sure that this address DOES receive deliveries by the US POSTAL SERVICE. If you have entered a wrong shipping address, please contact me ASAP. Any packages returned due to wrong or incorrect addresses will be reshipped at the buyers expense. I am not able to use other carriers at this time.
➽ ESTIMATED DELIVERY
Your estimated delivery date is the 1-2 week production time plus an additional 1-6 days for shipping and delivery. Delays can occur due to high volume, weather conditions, or carrier delays, and the time is not guaranteed.
➽ LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
Once I ship your items, they become the responsibility of the US Postal Service. The USPS requires 21 days after the ship date before a package is considered lost. If your package is lost, I will replace your order at no charge after 21 days AND the tracking information indicates that your order HAS NOT been "delivered". I will file an insurance claim in this event and compliance with any needed information from you for the insurance claim is required before a replacement item is put into production. I AM NOT responsible for stolen packages.
➽ DAMAGED ITEMS
If you receive damaged items, please notify me WITHIN 3 DAYS OF RECEIPT. I do package items very carefully, and once I ship them they become the responsibility of the US Postal Service. I will file a claim with the US Post Office for damages and will replace your item. Please keep all packaging and send me photos of the damaged item and all packaging. You will need to keep the damaged item and packaging for up to 7 business days, as the post office may want to claim or inspect.

5 out of 5 starsLove it! Love it! We are aware of the “outdoor” disclaimer however we had our hearts set on it being next to our bike trail. My husband applied protectant and placed out of direct sunlight to help prolong the life of the sign. Once we build another trail we will be back.

I'm sorry but for quality control I only offer the colors shown.
Can I get a mock-up before I place my order?
Due to the design time invested in each order I ask that you please purchase a sign prior to receiving a mock-up.
Can I provide my own artwork or symbol for my sign?
At this time I am not accepting personal artwork. If you are looking for a symbol not shown please ask, I may have it.
Can your signs be placed outdoors?
No, my signs are for indoor use and will not hold up well outside.
