Fantastic customer service. She made a couple different mock-ups for me with & without the miles. Somewhere in the description I missed all four would be attached together & when I got them I was surprised & happy as it really helps in hanging them. Thank you so much we are so stoked!

This gift went to an avid snowboarder/hiker friend and he was so stoked to receive it! Very glad there’s a proof to approve because I changed my mind on the direction of one of the arrows. Customer service was great. Production time was fast. Shipping time was fast. I am absolutely going to order from this shop again for my other snowboarder/hiker friends. GREAT SHOP!!!

Will I get a preview before my custom sign is created?
You will receive a mockup of your custom sign within 24 hours of purchase. Please check your Etsy messages (NOT your email) for the preview. If you do not respond within 3 days, the mockup will be considered approved and the order will proceed.
Do you offer returns or exchanges?
If you receive a damaged or defective order, kindly reach out to me with photos of the product and packaging. I'll promptly begin production of a replacement in the same design. To avoid any errors, please thoroughly review the mockup on a larger screen before approval. I cannot make any changes after your approval. In case you receive an incorrect version, I'll replace it at no cost. Note that if a mistake in the artwork goes unnoticed during the review process, I won't be responsible for a replacement.
Can my sign be placed outdoors?
No, all of my signs are for indoor use only.
