OUR SHOP POLICIES

★ ORDERING
By placing an order with Alpine Graphics, you are acknowledging that you have read and agree to our currently posted Shop Policies.

★ COMMUNICATION
We communicate exclusively through Etsy Conversation, which is delivered to the email address provided during checkout or associated with your Etsy account (please check your spam/bulk folder). As per Etsy's rules, we DO NOT communicate via phone, text, or direct email.

★ THE MOCK-UP PROCESS
We only provide mock-ups after purchase. Please note that we are unable to offer these services free of charge due to the significant time investment required. Feel free to message us with any questions or requests before placing your order.

★ SHIPPING & TURNAROUND TIME
We offer Free Shipping on all orders within the U.S. We ship to the address listed on your invoice. If you have entered an incorrect shipping address, please contact us immediately. Any packages returned due to an incorrect address will be re-shipped at the buyer's expense.
Your estimated ship date is approximately 3-5 business days after your purchase date -OR- mock-up approval date. Shipping and delivery are an additional 1-5 days. We utilize USPS and FedEx for shipping, based on the most cost-effective option. Please note that this time frame is not guaranteed and delays can occur due to high volume, weather conditions, or carrier delays.

★ LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
Our carriers require a 21-day waiting period after the shipment date before considering a package lost. If your package is lost, you have 30 days to contact us and request a replacement. We will replace your order at no charge after 21 days from the estimated delivery date, provided the tracking information does NOT indicate that it was "delivered." In the event of a lost package, we will file an insurance claim. However, we are not responsible for stolen packages. To process a replacement item, we may require your cooperation in supplying necessary information for the insurance claim.

★ DAMAGED ITEMS
If you receive a damaged or defective order, please contact us promptly upon receipt, including photos of the product and packaging. We will promptly initiate the production of a replacement for you.
