    Returns and exchanges
    All purchases are final. We aren't able to offer exchanges.
    Payment
    We accept payment through Etsy Direct Checkout. Payment is required before an item will be shipped. Hugs are not considered payment (but are welcomed).

    For custom items half of payment is required up-front, with the second half required upon completion of fabrication, immediately before item ships.
    Shipping
    We ship all items within 3-5 business days of payment clearing. We ship domestically using USPS. Sorry, we are unable to ship to other planets at this time.
