AmaZonaFashion is a small hungarian company designing and producing unique and extravagant garments. After making clothes for those who wanted something special to wear, the idea was born to start this company.

The collection is always growing and we have regular updates on this site. All items are made by hand in our professional atelier with great care for detail and finishing. We just use excellent, high quality vinyl and leather-like fabrics.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
  • Items on sale
Returns and exchange details
If you are not happy with your AmaZona Fashion item, you can return it, but you will have to pay for the shipping and we must receive it in the same condition it was sent out. We will then exchange your item for something else.

Specific instructions for international returns are always given. We're not responsible for any customs duty tax incurred.

We like to take special care in the sale of every item to ensure that the correct size and colour is sent out and to date we have had very few exchanges!
In the worst cases and it really doesn't fit, we will refund your item when it is returned to us. We will exchange or refund only if the item is unused, unworn etc.

We do our best to take care of quality control but in the unlikely case of something breaking, tearing, coming undone etc, please contact us immediately and we can always sort something out. Obviously this must be within five days and NOT if you have been wearing the item before!

Any items that are returned due to non delivery cannot be refunded. They can be re-shipped and payment will depend on the nature of non delivery. If it is our fault for any reason, we will cover the cost, but any other reasons such as an incorrect delivery address given or not collecting the parcel from a local post office in time after being notified, we cannot cover.
A tracking number is always sent and we will always investigate any late deliveries to the best of our abilities, but please keep an eye on your tracking and make sure the delivery address on your order is correct!
International shipping is available and welcome.
All international orders are insured and tracked.

We currently offer expedited shipping via FedEx but unfortunately, this service does not deliver to PO Box/Box addresses so you will need to provide a physical shipping address. If you do not have a physical address, you can still use your PO Box/ Box address, but the delivery may take 2-3 weeks longer without insurance or tracking.

Shipping times will be estimated during the time of purchase. Our goal is to have orders processed and shipped within 7-10 business days of the original purchase date. International orders are generally recieved within 1-6 days, depending on the destination.

The buyer is required to provide the correct mailing address to the seller. The seller is responsible, ONLY for packages to be sent to the mailing address provided during the time of purchase. Please be sure to submit current shipping information with your order.

Customs and import taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We're not responsible for delays due to customs.
Additional policies and FAQs
On occasion, an additional shipping fee may be incurred: due to package weight, shipping distance, and or inflated holiday rates. If a shipping fee exceeds the fee originally paid by the buyer, the seller will require the additional fee to be paid. The seller will invoice the buyer via Pay Pal, and the package will be held until the additional fee is paid.

Some international orders may be subject to customs taxes. Please contact your local mail service for your countries rate.
