When you purchase from Amanda Catherine Designs you are agreeing to all the policies stated below

I am no longer creating custom prints

Want a smaller size? Purchase normally and leave your print size in 'note to seller' upon checkout.
4x6- $15.00
5x7- $15.00
8x10- $15.00
All prints will come sized smaller on an 8.5x11 piece. This is to better protect the print during shipment.

Payment
I accept payments through PayPal and Direct Payment (all major credit cards). You can pay easily with your valid debit or credit card through PayPal, even if you don’t wish to have an account with them.
Shipping
Shipping - All orders received before midnight each Sunday are shipped by the following Friday. For example, if ordered by midnight on Sunday, March 14 your order will be shipped by the following Friday March 19

Please verify that your PayPal address is correct. I will use the PayPal address to ship.

Please note that if your order is lost or damaged on its way to you, I will send you a replacement.

UK CUSTOMERS! Anything imported from a non-EU country with a value of £15+ attracts VAT @ 20%, plus an £8 handling fee. Many UK buyers are unaware of the customs regulations and are consequently surprised when they get hit for a fee. However, this is not the seller's fault, as it is up to the buyer to know the customs regulations of their own country. We are not responsible for any additional taxes or fees levied by other countries. Please do not ask us to mark your customs form as a 'gift', that is illegal.

If your order is delayed on its way to you, we sincerely apologize but will not offer a refund or new order unless it is declared lost (meaning 2 weeks has passed and USPS declares it lost). We hate when this happens but hope customers understand that this is a USPS problem not an Amanda Catherine Designs problem when an order is delivered a couple of days past the expected delivery date. We would hand deliver each order if we could to prevent this from ever occurring but the mail is the mail.

If your international order is returned to us because it was not picked up or signed for (because of fees in UK), we will refund the cost of the prints ordered but not for shipping fees, as it is your responsibility to read shipping policies before purchase

MOVING OR COLLEGE? If you are relocating to a different address than the one given to us upon checkout and ACD ships your order within the shipping policies, we are not responsible for orders not being received before your move

Don't see a receipt in your order? We are trying to do our part to conserve paper. You can view your receipt or print it by going to 'Your Account' + 'Purchases and Reviews' + 'View Receipt'

If an incorrect name or address is given to us at checkout we are not responsible for lost or undeliverable packages. Make sure to include the correct chipping address as well as a full name. Refunds will not be given.
Refunds and Exchanges
CUSTOM WORK IS FINAL SALE. THIS INCLUDES CUSTOM COLORS (ANY COLORS CHOSEN THAT ARE DIFFERENT FROM WHAT IS DISPLAYED ONLINE)

AmandaCatherine Design's items are made using high-quality materials and inspected before shipping.

If you do not receive your purchased item within 2 weeks of date shipped (domestic) it is your responsibility to contact us. While orders normally take only 2-4 days to arrive, occasionally there is a delay through USPS. I will not replace a productuntil it has been 2 weeks from the date shipped, as most of the time the print shows up late when thought lost. If this amount of time passes, I will offer the customer the choice of another print to be shipped to them or a full refund. Please do not demand a new product be shipped out when the order is stalled through USPS. We cannot send out a new product when your first product is still in transit!

If an order is marked as delivered and this is confirmed by USPS, we will not send new products or issue a full refund if the customer claims to have not received the order. In most cases the order was received and is being kept at an apartment office or by a neighbor. We have also had many cases where someone else in the home brought the package in. Etsy & Paypal will support a shop with a valid tracking number and will close a case if one is opened, as according to postal tracking - your package was delivered and accepted at your address. This policy is a normal one and is put in place by shops to combat fraud (when a customer receives their order but claims not to have received it in order to be issued a refund). We have experienced this and are working to protect our small business.

COLORS- Unless prints are part of a 'collection' they are not guaranteed to match. It is the customers responsibility to contact us before an order is placed to ask about colors. We create each piece individually. One 'pink' may differ from another 'pink'. Ask before an order is placed!

If you feel the items you receive are not what you expected, you may return them in original condition within 10 days for a full refund. Please contact us before returning an item. You will be responsible for the return shipping charges.

If an item is received damaged, please contact us so we can make arrangements to replace it for you. I require a photo of the damage before replacement, as it will not leave my shop damaged. While we package pencils to ensure they arrive safely, if any are broken upon arrival please let us know and we will replace only the broken pencils.

If your order is a gift for someone please allow enough time for it to arrive. We will not refund you if it does not arrive in time!

I love being able to interact with customers on a daily basis. Your questions, concerns, and complaints are welcome here as I am always looking for ways to improve! However, I will not tolerate abusive messages and retain the right to cut off any communication through messages or emails that seem unkind or threatening.
