5 out of 5 starsI ordered a "Finally" sign with the two "L's" being the bride and groom. I received it right in the time frame and it is BEAUTIFUL!!! She did an amazing job, I would highly recommend this for anyone looking for a perfect hand-painted sign, especially for that special day!

5 out of 5 starsAmanda is an absolutely LOVELY person who did everything in her power (and beyond) to deliver the most beautiful custom-colored (I sent a photo of the nursery!) baby's cross imaginable. She even added a butterfly to it (which is the theme of the nursery). I cannot tell you how much my friend flipped when she opened the gift box. I flipped too! The craftsmanship is simply gorgeous and this is something her baby Sophia will have for a lifetime. Amanda even took the time to inscribe a personal note for me on the back. Could not be happier. Thank you ever so much, Amanda!!! (PS. the picture does NOT do this piece justice!!!!).

5 out of 5 starsThese were absolutely PERFECT in every single way. They exceeded my expectations, were perfectly packaged and arrived much earlier than expected. It was an absolute joy working with this shop and I can't wait to do it again in the future. These will be beyond perfect for our head table on our special day. I am so blessed to have found someone who takes time on their art and listened to my wants and exceeded my expectations! Wowed!

5 out of 5 starsThis cross was amazing! Very nicely constructed by hand and even had a little note attached with the story of the dogwood. My boss loved it for his secret Santa gift. I will order again from Amanda. Thank you so much. And shipping was quick and packaged well.

All things muddy and coated with paint!
Amanda Spiers Sanford. My story.
Amanda began drawing around the age of five and won her first art competition in the second grade, where her work was featured in the Oak Grove Lower Elementary annual. While a student at Oak Grove High School, she won several local, state and national awards, including best of show for the Mississippi Congressional Art Competition. This piece was later displayed in the United States Capitol in Washington, D.C. Amanda sold her first painting to the staff of Congressman Gene Taylor, which now hangs in the Mississippi State Capitol. Amanda continues to sell, commission and show her work across the nation. Amanda has been featured artist for the Walter Anderson Museum of Art, the Saengar Theatre and is planing to write and illustrate a children’s book series in the coming years.
Formerly Amanda Spiers, now known as Amanda Sanford is a wife, a daughter, a sister, and a mother to 2 furry canines. Amanda is a resident of Hattiesburg, Mississippi where she was born and raised. Her preferred media are ceramics and pottery, oils, watercolors and acrylics. Amanda also employs the use of photography, stained glass, wood working and decoupage, among others. Since developing her ceramic craft many of Amanda’s works of canvas art employ an impasto technique exhibiting lots of textures.
Amanda received her Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of Southern Mississippi and graduated Beta Gamma Sigma in 2006. She received her brokerage license from the Mississippi Real Estate Commission in 2009. Amanda works for Dawn Properties, Inc., a locally based multi-housing acquisition company, but will always be a slave to her passion for art.
Art is Amanda's gift from God. She believes that art is a gift to be shared with others and often donates her work to various charities. She is an annual contributor to the Walter Anderson Museum of Art and has been the featured artist for March of Dimes, the American Heart Association, American Cancer Society, and many more.
