Communication was efficient and delivery very prompt. The urn is very lovely and excellently made. My only disappointment on opening it, is that some wording I asked for, which was important for me wasn't added , and also a heart I also wanted to be added. It's probably related to how I messaged but maybe a fault in how to order for personalised urns, as so sacred to a memory , want to get it right.

This arrived in beautiful condition. I asked the seller if they could make it a bit smaller since my pup was 9 pounds and they easily accommodated the request. Thank you so much.
