Announcement   Amaranth Opulent: a line of eco-friendly, one-of-a-kind lolita and mori-girl jewelry. Named after the Grecian flower of immortality and mixing hand-picked, hand-pressed local wildflowers with findings bought from small businesses that reflect a vintage, old-world style, Amaranth Opulent is devoted to creating a mix of the natural and the luxurious.

All organic materials are hand-picked from local plants in a sustainable manner, meaning the entire plant is not harvested and therefore can continue to be an important part of its local ecosystem. All jewelry findings are purchased from other Etsy sellers or local stores because it is important to us that we support other small businesses. By purchasing from us, you are helping us continue to help other entrepreneurs and artists. Thank you!

Payment
For payment, only Paypal is accepted; alternate payment may be accepted on a case-by-case basis. If you're interested in another payment method, drop me a line and I'll see what I can do.

If you would like to pay with your credit card, you can use Paypal to do so even without an account registered to the site. Paypal payment must be received within 3 days of purchase. If you have committed to buy and intend to but cannot pay within 72 hours, please private message me and we can work something out. Non-payment without being contacted will result in leaving negative feedback for the buyer.

Shipping
Shipping process will depend on the exact item purchased, but unless otherwise specified the item will be packaged in a jewelry box filled with either cotton or tissue and sent in an envelope padded with bubble wrap. More delicate items that require more protection will have shipping procedure listed in their item description. Shipping is through US Postal Service and will be shipped to the address listed on the buyer's Paypal account.

International buyers please note that customs can delay items up to six weeks; while rare, it has been known to happen. If you do not receive your item after six weeks, please contact me.

Gift wrapping is also available on a case-by-case basis- if you're interested in having a purchase wrapped for a birthday or holiday, send me a message and we can discuss it there.
Refunds and Exchanges
Unfortunately at this time, items cannot be exchanged or refunded unless there was a mistake on the store's behalf (sent wrong item) or the item was broken in shipping. If the item is not to your specification, especially in the case of custom orders, send me a message and we'll discuss it privately.
Additional policies and FAQs
All of our organic materials such as flowers and leaves are hand-picked and hand-pressed, and act as our inspiration. They are also very seasonal and usually if we are out of a certain material, we are out until next season. Therefore, it is very difficult for us to take custom orders. If there is a certain feel, color scheme, or genus of flower that you would like featured in a piece of jewelry, send me a message and I will work with you personally.

Additionally, if you see a piece you like but aren't keen on the application, convo me! Most of our pendants can be removed from necklaces, bracelets, or earrings, and turned into another item entirely; the only exception to this is rings, which once glued to their bases cannot be removed.
