Was asked for a refund after items were shipped, and shipped only 1 business day late. This is not a forum for the continued verbal abuse that is unwarranted and undeserved. Your emails were answered, I profusely apologized for the delay, but do not deserve the continuous slander and false display of this transaction. You were also provided $20 worth of additional items for your inconvenience. Simply denying the package and 'Return to Sender' would have rendered a full refund with no postal cost incurred. This buyer is incorrect and disrespectful beyond the scope of anything deserved in this transaction.

while the items are very pretty, they arrived weeks late with no cooperation from the shop owner, despite my asking for a refund. Instead, I got hammered for even asking for a refund and got the run around. I would not shop here again and do not recommend this shop

I have cooperated and over-compensated for shipping 1 day late. I WILL NOT provide a refund for items, and EXTRA items, after they are shipped. There was no 'run around', and I refuse to accept the continued verbal assault for being 1 day late in shipping. This is unacceptable and undeserved language regarding this transaction.

A portion of these proceeds is being donated for a scholarship to be given to a young female student wishing to pursue their continued education. COMBINED SHIPPING: Orders are automatically combined for multiple purchases upon receipt of payment for all items. If you feel that the shipping charges were summed incorrectly based on the additional items charges, then we will gladly refund any charges that were incurred beyond what was already established in the additional items statement.

SHIPPING ADDRESSES:
Please ensure that your current shipping address is up-to-date in your Etsy account. If you wish for items to be shipped to a different address, please send a convo to verify a different address is to be used before final shipment.

SHIPPING MATERIALS:
Every effort is made to ensure that items arrive in a good condition, and all items are sent wrapped and enclosed in bubble-lined envelope mailers.
Refunds and Exchanges

Returns will be accepted within 2 weeks after receiving your order. Items shall be returned at the buyer's expense for the return shipping. The original shipping costs will not be refunded in the event at item(s) is returned. Please take a moment to notify me in the event you feel the need to return an item.
We cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged items due to postal delivery. All domestic items are shipped with a tracking number to verify items sent; any further insurance needs to be requested and paid for prior to purchase and shipment.
