Welcome to Coastal Creek Design. I'm so glad you found us and I hope you stay a while! All of our items are handmade in our signature beach cottage meets old farmhouse style.
We love custom orders as well. Contact me if you would like more than one of an item or if you'd like me to design something specifically for you!
Payment must be completed upon purchase via PayPal.

After you place your order, we will send you a note and keep you posted as to when your item will ship. Always feel free to contact us if you have any questions.
Our items are shipped using the US Postal Service. Shipping can be upgraded upon request for an additional fee.
In an effort to be green, we do not include invoices with packages. You can view your invoice on your etsy purchases page.
If you would like your item shipped outside of the USA, just convo me and I will provide a shipping estimate.

Refunds and Exchanges
We do our very best to make your order perfect because we really want you to love it. If for any reason you are not satisfied and need to exchange or return your order, we have a 7 day return policy. Buyer pays return shipping. We will give a full refund minus shipping fees. Please contact us immidiately if there is a problem with your order.
