Hi there!

I'm Chanel - the owner of Amelia Lane Paper. I design pretty paper goods for people who love bold colour combined with modern simplicity. I believe stationery should not just be beautiful but also make you feel happy and my collection is made up of products that I love and would want to receive as gifts.

Each of my products - whether it be a whimsical wedding invitation, a weekly planner designed to get you organised or a thoughtful greeting card - begins with a pencil or paintbrush. Modern and feminine, my designs are inspired by colour, calligraphy, cityscapes, the beach, typography and natural patterns.

Based in Sydney, all of my products are professionally printed with great care before being inspected and packaged by hand.

You can find my designs in magazines such as Home Beautiful (Aus) and Women's Fitness (Aus) and my wedding invitation designs have been featured in all of the UK's leading bridal magazines including Conde Nast Brides, Wedding and You and Your Wedding. I was also super excited to win Best Wedding Stationery in London and the SE in the 2013 Wedding Industry Awards.

When not illustrating, hand-lettering or chatting to my lovely clients, you can find me in the pub, saying hello to neighbourhood dogs or on one of the many awesome Sydney beaches :)

All Amelia Lane Paper wedding stationery products are designed and printed in the U.K. All non-custom work (greeting cards, notepads and art prints) is printed in Australia and elsewhere. Please see individual item descriptions for sizes, paper descriptions and ordering information.

Payment
Amelia Lane Paper accepts payment for purchases through PayPal. Please note you do not need to have a PayPal account to use this service.

Please process payment for your order within 48 hours or the order may be released and relisted.
Shipping
All wedding items are packaged with care and shipped from London, United Kingdom. ALL invitation orders shipped (including internationally) will require a signature on delivery so please bear this in mind when choosing your delivery address. Samples and greeting cards do not require a signature on delivery.

Due to their nature, customs projects will be shipped once the customer approves the final proof and printing is complete. Please inquire about my current schedule and turnaround time. If you require a rush order, please email me at hello [!at] amelialanepaper.co.uk and I will try my best to accommodate your deadline.

If your item is a gift, please specify this in the ‘notes to seller’ section during checkout and also list an alternate delivery address.

Invitation suites shipped domestically within the U.K. will be shipped using Special Next Day Delivery with insurance cover. Deliveries are from Monday-Friday. Samples and greeting cards are shipped using First Class Post with deliveries from Monday-Saturday.

Greeting cards, notepads and art prints are shipped from our Sydney, Australia studio using Australia post with estimated delivery times of 3-7 working days within Australia for delivery and 5-15 working days internationally.

Please note that buyers are responsible for any and all duties and customs charges that may be incurred as well as any customs delays. Please check your local customs office for more information.

Expedited shipping may be available for your order at extra cost. Please contact me for more options.
Refunds and Exchanges
A 50% deposit is taken to reserve your place in my schedule and before any design work can begin. If you decide to cancel your order three weeks or more before your scheduled start date, you will receive your deposit payment in full. If you cancel within three weeks of your start date, you will receive your deposit payment less a £40 cancellation charge. Once design work begins, the deposit is non-refundable.

No refunds or exchanges will be given once printing has commenced. Please notify me immediately if you have had a change of heart as printing commences soon after an order is placed.

No refunds or exchanges will be offered on custom items due to their personalized nature. Please be sure to double-check final proofs on custom orders before signing off as any mistakes after printing will be the responsibility of the client. This includes misspellings, punctuation and grammatical errors.

Amelia Lane Paper will reprint an order at no charge if:
1) the items received do not match the final proof as approved by the customer; or,
2) the order was damaged during shipping.

Please notify me within 48 hours of receipt if either of these circumstances applies to your order.
