I am sorry you felt our best selling fork with an average 5 star rating was only worth 3 stars. I do not know what the issue was as you never reach out to me and this was delivered over two months ago. You also did not take a minute to leave actual feedback so a random 3 star does not tell me a anything about why you felt 3 stars was deserved. thanks again, we will keep your review on file if you need something in the future.

1 out of 5 starsNever received the order and although I know it isnt neccesarily the shop owners fault, they were rude in their response and told me "they cant help me and to deal with the post office"

The customers's review is leaving out several relevant pieces of information. Customer's order was marked delivered with no delays. I explained to customer *very nicely* to please contact her local post office and have them check their GPS scan to locate the item. Customer came across very hostile and *refused* to cooperate with me and would not follow up with the local post office and continued to email me repeatedly which started to cause concern for me so the customer was *fully* refunded, yet still felt she needed to leave a one star review. I have history of 5 stars with feedback reflecting my excellent shipping and high quality products. If an item shows tracking is marked delivered but not received, the local post office is usually able to locate the item without issue.
