Welcome Since I am an Architect, I am very Green oriented in my designs and recycling is my main objective, taking pride in every item I make. I hope you enjoy cruising through my items and I would love to be in your favorites.

Payment
I accept Paypal, Visa, Master Card, Discovery, money orders and personal checks with 7-10 days after receiving your personal checks for processing . Items not paid within three days (except for personal checks and money orders) after invoice has been sent will be re-listed and your sale will be cancelled. I will make every effort to contact you if I experience any difficulties with the payment or have not heard from you within the above given time frame.
Shipping
I ship my items via the post office (USPS) or FedEx which ever is most cost efficient and timely. Listed sipping prices are for the continental United States. If you need a piece faster, or you are outside the continental United States (Hawaii or Alaska), please email me at american51 [!at] socal.rr.com for shipping fees or means of shipping to those states because they may vary.

I will ship your item within 3 business days of receiving your payment or within 3 business days after check/money order has cleared.

Because of the new Postal service fees I will so my best to keep the shipping fees to a minimum, More than like everything will be sent Parcel Post which is 7 days. If I can, however, send the item Priority Mail I will.


International Shipping:
Please email me at american51 [!at] socal.rr.com for all shipping and handling prior to purchase so I can give you the most efficient means of deliver. When you let me know which way you would like me to send it, I will have to add your country to my shipping options inorder for you to be able to place the item in your cart. This shipping will reflect the shipping you choose.
Refunds and Exchanges
Please contact me if you experience a problem with your item do to shipping or item damaged so I can discuss how we can happily work out the issue.
I am sorry to have to say I can not be reponsible for damages do to shipping if insurance was not purchased.
