Announcement   Welcome to my etsy store! I have just rebuilt my shop and an back to work. It's all complete, finally! Orders ship in 1-2 business days, usually one day unless I'm unusually busy.
Home Of The Gobstopper! With 500+ five star reviews, you can be confident you are buying quality and I stand behind every pipe I make. The designs are not painted on, they are all combinations of different colored and clear glass melted together. I don't sell my glass wholesale, I cut out the middle man and pass the savings on to you. My pipes are nice looking and function is my highest priority. The way I push the bowls on my pipes makes them clog less and hit better, longer. They are nice and evenly thick and kiln annealed to make them strong and durable. Like my facebook www.facebook.com/Americanglasart for more new and different pipes and such, some designs and styles that are not listed on etsy. Made by me in the U.S.A. quality glass tobacco pipes, hookah mouthpieces, jewelry, goblets, etc. I handmake all my items in my garage. All of my items are shipped discreetly in recycled, heavy duty cardboard boxes, wrapped snug in bubble wrap and paper to make sure your order makes it in one piece. Thank you for buying real American glass, even if it's not from me.

Shipped on time, beautiful piece! A bit more pink than I was expecting but it will change colors as I use it so I'm excited to see what that will look like.

This item arrived much larger than described. It was too large for proper use - the packed material falls through the hole of the bowl. Read other reviews. I'm not the only one with this problem. It's comically large. The worst part of this experience was the interaction with the seller in attempt to resolve the issue. He was abrasive and seemed to take my feedback as a personal insult. He was passive aggressive and condescending, which is never pleasant when trying to achieve a resolution. He did offer to make me a new one, but in a conversation laced with little nuggets of hostility like "That's not too much to ask is it?" and "What more can I do to make you happy?" The beauty of his creations speaks for itself. Jeremey is obviously a superbly talented artist, but should consider outsourcing his customer service.

This customer was using the feedback system to try and extort a free pipe. The pipe was beautiful and just as described. However he decided he wanted one 30-50% smaller, which is 3-3 1/2 inches, not the approximately 4 1/2 - 5 inch pipe that he ordered. I told him I would gladly make one to his specs, and asked him to return the one I sent. All he had to do was clean it (because he'd already been using it) and put it in the original packaging and write return to sender. He told me it was inconvenient for him to have to clean it, repack it, and send it back to me. He was not happy unless he got to keep the first one, which is exactly what he ordered, and got a custom one, not what he ordered, free. I'm not going to be blackmailed into giving him, or anyone, a free pipe for a good review. Sorry

About

Making Boro Beautiful

In January 2010, I left the sunny warmth of Florida to move back to Utah after the bottom fell out of the construction industry. In March/April of 2010, my good friend and fellow shop owner, Mark Lee, of Paranoias Glass Art gave me the opportunity to blow glass in his shop and I've been hard at it ever since. Now I blow glass in the garage, which is awesome, so if an idea strikes me, I can go try it at any time day or night. I start with borosilicate glass tubing and solid rod and turn it into art. I love working with color and fuming with gold and silver. I really love the sandblaster, it gives my work a unique look and texture. I really appreciate my customers and I strive for 100% satisfaction. I need to explain the relativity of heavy and thick in my listings. The wall thickness of my pipes is even and thick and they are heavy for what they are, handpipes. They are not made to pull your pants down when they're in your pocket, they are made to be strong and durable and they are as thick as is practical. I try to ship my orders within a day or two of ordering. I am just one person, I make, I pack, and I ship every order, and I have another job as well. I really appreciate all my loyal customers and feel blessed that I get to do what I love. Thank you!

I've been lampworking since April of 2010 but I've loved glass art since I was a teenager. I think I have a unique style and I am always trying to improve my skills and come up with new ideas. Thank you for checking out my shop!
