Il nostro workshop si prenderà una pausa a partire da martedì 13 settembre a martedì 27 settembre. Spediremo tutti gli ordini che sono arrivati prima di questo entro la fine della giornata del 13. Tutti gli ordini ricevuti dopo saranno spediti dopo il 29 settembre. Cercheremo di effettuare e spedire tutti gli ordini ricevuti durante la pausa il prima possibile al nostro ritorno.

Abbiamo introdotto una nuova linea di maschere!!!
Chiffon Pro Nudo
Con la linea di maschere Naked Chiffon Pro, stiamo usando lo chiffon in poliestere / spandex 90/10 proprio come quelli utilizzati nella ricerca sulle maschere condotta dall'Università di Chicago e dall'Argonne National Lab. Per lo strato interno, è possibile scegliere il cotone a 600 fili (come utilizzato nella ricerca) o il cotone opzionale a 1.000 fili.
La linea Naked Chiffon Pro sarà disponibile sia in versione sagomata che plissettata.

Felice (tardivo) Anno Nuovo!!!!!
Speriamo che tutti abbiano avuto un ottimo inizio d'anno e speriamo di essere più vicini ai giorni in cui non è più richiesto indossare la mascherina e tutti possiamo essere liberi di trascorrere del tempo prezioso con i nostri amici e le nostre famiglie.
Fino ad allora, saremo qui a fare maschere di qualità in cui puoi sentirti al sicuro.
Abbiamo lavorato su alcuni accessori che possono migliorare l'esperienza di indossare la maschera. Non è niente di nuovo, e non è niente di raro, ma volevamo applicare i nostri standard di produzione di alta qualità a questi articoli, in modo che possa corrispondere alla qualità delle nostre maschere.
Tieni d'occhio nelle prossime due settimane, dovremmo caricarli non appena stiamo dando gli ultimi ritocchi.

Abbiamo rilasciato una nuova serie di maschere chiamata "The Grand".
È la nostra maschera di punta.
La serie "The Grand" combinerà 2 strati di chiffon di seta al 100% e 1 strato di cotone da 1.000 fili.
Seguirà la costruzione a 3 strati della serie NAKED CHIFFON con strati di chiffon di seta all'esterno e cotone 1.000 tc come strato interno.
Strato esterno di design (100% chiffon di seta) >> strato intermedio di chiffon di seta 100% >> strato interno di cotone TC 1.000
Sulla base dei nostri test di utilizzo nel mondo reale, abbiamo notato che le maschere della serie "The Grand" sono più traspiranti delle maschere della serie NAKED CHIFFON pur avendo una protezione aggiuntiva fornita dal cotone da 1.000 tc.
Attualmente è disponibile con le scelte di colore di oro, rosa e grigio.

Siamo in procinto di cambiare fornitore per il cotone 600 TC che viene utilizzato per il nostro strato interno delle nostre maschere.
Avevamo visto un calo della qualità del nostro precedente fornitore, quindi abbiamo deciso di testare un nuovo fornitore per il cotone 600tc. Abbiamo fatto un'audizione di una manciata di fornitori diversi e abbiamo deciso un paio di fornitori. Ma stiamo ancora testando nel processo di test dei fornitori fino a quando non riusciamo a trovare quello che è in grado di fornire prodotti coerenti e di buona qualità.
Chiediamo comprensione in quanto noterete alcune modifiche al cotone 600 tc che stiamo utilizzando.
Potrebbero essere più spessi di quelli che abbiamo usato in precedenza.
Vi assicuriamo che stiamo apportando le modifiche in modo che la qualità del nostro prodotto migliorerà in meglio.

IL NOSTRO NEGOZIO HA RIAPERTO!!!! Continua a leggere...
Grazie a tutti coloro che sono stati così pazienti con noi chiusi per la scorsa settimana.
Abbiamo ricevuto uno tsunami di ordini nella settimana del 12 luglio che le cose stavano rapidamente andando fuori controllo.
Ora che abbiamo recuperato, stiamo implementando alcune modifiche al modo in cui il negozio è gestito per sostenere i nostri standard di qualità e promuovere l'efficienza operativa in modo da poter essere qui a fare buone maschere per tutti voi senza interruzioni.
1. Quota settimanale
Implementeremo una quota sul numero di maschere che verranno fatte a settimana.
A partire da ora, metteremo una quota a settimana. Questa quota varierà di settimana in settimana.
Questo per garantire che i nostri standard di qualità siano rispettati. Certo, ci piacerebbe vendere di più, ma non con compromessi della nostra qualità. Vogliamo che la nostra maschera sia la migliore maschera che puoi acquistare su ETSY. Questo è il motivo per cui stiamo limitando il qty settimanale disponibile. Questo qty settimanale potrebbe aumentare in futuro, poiché cerchiamo costantemente modi per migliorare l'efficienza in ogni processo. Allo stesso modo, questo numero può diminuire se riteniamo che la qualità dei nostri prodotti sia compromessa.
Se stai cercando più qty di alcuni disegni, fammi sapere in quanto potremmo avere più di qty elencati. Se ne abbiamo di più, farò del mio meglio per adattarmi regolando la qty resa disponibile in modo da poter fornire di più per il particolare design.
2. Spedizione
Aspettare gli ordini online fa schifo!!
Abbiamo sempre cercato di spedire le maschere il più rapidamente possibile. Questo rimarrà lo stesso. Ci sforzeremo sempre di spedire il qty della settimana quella settimana.
In passato siamo stati in grado di spedire il giorno successivo, o anche lo stesso giorno, ma con massicce ondate di ordini, la data di spedizione è slittata a 2 settimane intere. Limitare il qty settimanale risolverà anche questo problema, in modo da poter ricevere le maschere il prima possibile al momento dell'ordine.
3. Tasca del filtro
Non offriremo più la tasca del filtro su base regolare e saremo rigorosamente solo un'opzione di ordine personalizzata. Il processo di realizzazione di una tasca filtrante si è dimostrato altamente inefficiente e ha creato un collo di bottiglia nella produzione.
Se devi avere la tasca del filtro, invia prima un messaggio e saremo in grado di sistemare la tasca del filtro per te.

Abbiamo ufficialmente iniziato a offrire 600 Thread Count Cotton & Dual Chiffon layer Masks!!
Questa nuova maschera è prodotta sulla base dello studio condotto dall'Università di Chicago e dagli Argonne National Laboratories. Lo studio rileva che una combinazione di cotone Single 600 TC e due strati di Chiffon risulta una delle più alte efficacie di filtrazione.
Scegliete l'opzione Dual Chiffon nel menu a discesa.
La tasca del filtro non sarà resa disponibile in questo momento in quanto vogliamo massimizzare l'efficacia degli strati di chiffon.

We have introduced a new line of masks!!!
Naked Chiffon Pro
With the Naked Chiffon Pro line of masks, we are using 90/10 polyester/spandex chiffon just like the ones used in the mask research done by the University of Chicago and Argonne National Lab. For the inner layer, 600 thread count cotton (as used in the research) or optional 1,000 thread count cotton can be chosen.
The Naked Chiffon Pro line will come in both contoured and pleated types.

Happy (Belated) New year!!!!!
We hope that everyone had great start to the year and hope that we are closer to the days where mask wearing is no longer required and we can all be free to spend precious time with our friends and families.
Until then, we will be here making quality masks that you can feel safe in.
We have been working on some accessories that can enhance the mask wearing experience. It isnt anything new, and it isnt anything uncommon, but we wanted apply our high quality production standards to these items, so it can match the quality of our masks.

We have released a new series of masks called "The Grand".
It is our Flagship mask.
"The Grand" series will combine 2 layers of 100% silk chiffon and 1 layer of 1,000 thread count cotton.
It will follow the 3-layer construction of the NAKED CHIFFON series with silk chiffon layers on the outside and 1,000 tc cotton as an inner layer.
Outside design layer (100% silk chiffon) >> 100% silk chiffon middle layer >> 1,000 TC Cotton Inner layer
Based on our real world usage tests, We have noticed that "The Grand" series masks are more breathable than the NAKED CHIFFON series masks while having added protection that the 1,000 tc cotton provides.
It is currently available with the color choices of Gold, Pink, and Gray.

We are in process of switching suppliers for the 600 TC Cotton that is used for our inner layer of our masks.
We had seen a decline in the quality of our previous supplier, so we have decided to test out new supplier for the 600tc cotton. We have auditioned handful of different suppliers and have decided on a couple suppliers. But we are still testing in process of testing suppliers until we can find the one that is able to provide consistent, good quality products.
We ask for understanding as you will notice some changes to the 600 tc cotton we are using.
They may be thicker than what we used previously.
Please be assured that we are making the changes so that the quality of our product will improve for the better.

OUR STORE HAS REOPENED!!!!Please read on...
Thank you everyone that has been so patient with us being closed for the past week.
We have gotten tsunami of orders on the week of the July 12th that things were spiraling quickly out of control.
Now that we have caught up, we are implementing few changes to the way the shop is run to uphold our quality standards, and promote operational efficiency so that we can be here making good masks for you all without interruptions.
1. Weekly Quota
We will be implementing a quota on the number of masks that will be made per week.
As of current, we will placing a quota per week. This quota will vary week to week.
This is to ensure that our quality standards are upheld. Of course, we would love to sell more, but not with compromises of our quality. We want our mask to be the best mask you can buy on ETSY. This is why we are limiting the weekly available qty. This weekly qty may increase in the future, as we constantly look for ways to improve efficiency in every processes. Likewise, this number may decrease if we feel that the quality of our products is being compromised.
If you are looking for more qty of certain designs, please let me know as we may have more than listed qty. If we do have more, I will do my best to accommodate by adjusting the qty made available so that we can provide more for the particular design.
2. Shipping
Waiting on online orders suck!!
We have always strived to ship out the masks as quickly as possible. This will remain the same. We will always strive to ship out the qty of the week that week.
In the past we were able to ship out the next day, or even the same day, but with massive waves of orders, the ship date slipped to 2 full weeks. Limiting the weekly qty will resolve this issue as well, so that you can receive your masks as soon as possible when you order.
3. Filter Pocket
We will no longer offer filter pocket on the regular basis and will strictly be custom order option only. The process of making a filter pocket has proven itself to be highly inefficient and has created a bottleneck in the production.
If you must have the filter pocket, please message first and we will be able to arrange the filter pocket for you.

We have officially started offering 600 Thread Count Cotton & Dual Chiffon layer Masks!!
This new mask is produced based on the study done by University of Chicago and Argonne National Laboratories. The study finds that a combination of Single 600 TC Cotton and Two Chiffon layers results one of the highest filtration effectiveness.
Choose the Dual Chiffon option in the pull down menu.
The filter pocket will not be made available at this time as we want to maximize the effectiveness of the chiffon layers.
